Hotel M29

Breakfast was great. In fact all aspects of the hotel met or exceeded our expectations. The only difficulty we encountered was with the AirCon in the room, which switched itself off after 60 minutes. With very hot nights this made sleeping rather problematic. As the instruction were in Polish, I had to get the front desk to change the timer to something more sebsible!

It was a little noisy at night, but that was to be expected when the hotel was right in the heart of the popular and trendy Jewish Quarter. It was only really a problem when we had to leave the window open overnight until we were able to sort out the AirCon. But folks were partying through to 0530!

Hotel M29 is located in the Jewish Quarter, within easy reach of Krakow's Old Town and Wavel Castle. There are many good restaurants nearby like Qrudo, Salty etc. but all of them need to be booked in advance if you want to have a dinner there on a weekend. The hotel has a good restaurant to. Calm atmosphere and friendly staff, delicious food. We ate Polish pirogi and it was a really good choice.

There was a great selection for breakfast and you can order a variety of eggs from the breakfast menu, but some of the dishes on the serving table were not very fresh. I had one cupcake, but it wasn't really freshly baked. Sorry about that :( Every night we have heared noise on the street :(

This hotel is a gem , it was spotlessly clean , the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It is in the Jewish quarter so was quieter than the old town and felt relaxing and calm. The breakfast has an extensive menu . The small garden at the back of the hotel is peaceful , perfect after a day of sightseeing, the rooms are perfect, clean and comfortable with tea / coffee and mini fridge. The bar staff were very welcoming and can make a perfect cocktail . I cannot find any fault with this hotel and if I return I would stay here again without question.

location couldn’t have been better for us. Everything on our doorstep. It is a modern boutique hotel so it felt intimate which we loved. The staff, without exception, were very attentive. They tend to use single duvets even on the double beds. We requested this to be changed and it was done immediately. The bedroom (deluxe) was very spacious with a couch in a seating area of the room. It also included a mini bar. It just has a combined shower gel and shampoo in the shower. I would prefer separate items and a place to leave them rather than on the floor. However, the shower is gorgeous and so modern. The food was exceptional and excellent value for money. even if one chose not to stay in the hotel it is worth booking a meal there. Equally the breakfast was fabulous. On the day we were leaving we worked on a document on our laptop and then lost it. Staff realised we hadn’t the IT skills to sort the problem and that we were upset. Justyna the manager bothered to take the time to figure how to retrieve it. That might seem like a small thing but it was huge to us and we think this would not happen in a less intimate hotel. We were so sad to check out.

Everything was perfect! The room was big and cozy, we even decided to stay there for New Year's Eve. The overall feeling is clean and "almost new," so you will live in a place where you aren't afraid to touch something. The rooms "welcome you in," which is the most important IMHO. I would stay here again for sure, and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city for up to a week. The location is great. A lot of nearby restaurants, next door is the cool cafe "Cytat", where you can have breakfast. Also, consider "Baazar Bistro" for cocktails and wine. P.S. You must visit this hotel at least to experience their fabulous carpets in rooms! 😁 They are soft, so walking on them feels almost like meditation!

Hotel modern and clean. Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Breakfast - lots of options from a buffet including hot and cold food (salads, meats, cheeses, pastries, yoghurts, cereals, eggs, bacon etc) and also an option to have a freshly cooked plate (porridge, omelette, eggs benedict). Room was spacious and clean. Mini bar was a little pricey but good to have a fridge and free water. Location in Kazimierz was great - 20 minute walk to the Old Town and brilliant restaurants/bars in the locality.

The bed was large but really firm. I know this is an opinion, but it was too hard for us. Also - if you book the Superior room you get a beautiful free-standing bath in a massive bathroom, but there is no shower in this room. I expected there to be a shower and a bath in this room - the description perhaps needs to be a bit clearer.

great location in the old Jewish quarter with lots of bars and restaurants nearby to enjoy, also very close to the castle and a very nice 15min walk to the main square, our room was spotless and very well appointed and modern, great breakfast in the morning as well and staff were excellent throughout and always happy to help

as we were on the ground floor it was a little noisy on the Saturday night with a few guests coming back very late but did not disturb us for long

Very friendly, helpfull, extra nice Staff :) very comfortable bed, comfortable, big shower. Nice choice of decor and colors. Quiet and peaceful room. Perfect location, walking distans to the Old Town and Wawel, to the heart of Kazimierz and the river. Restaurants and bars right outside the door (regular, vegeterian and vegan). Very plesant stay - we will definately be back.

Room at the back of the hotel had no view but was nice and quiet. Housekeeping forgot to refresh a few things but the very friendly and efficient front desk sorted things straight away. Beds were firm (wish) but, in our opinion, very comfortable. Breakfast choice was absolutely fine. There was something for everyone and the omelettes that were made to order were lovely.

Coffee machine is truly awful. Lukewarm coffee that was very weak.
