Hotel Kazimierz III

We stayed for four nights. The location of the hotel is perfect - in the old Jewish district. Relatively close to everything, but at the same time much quieter then the old town. The room was spacious and clean. There is a water cooler on every floor. The breakfast was fine, not much variety from day to day, but quite good anyway. There was no problem to have later breakfast, there was always enough food. The staff was very friendly. We've got a deal from booking.com with a free taxi from the airport which was extremely convenient as we came late in the evening. And upon our departure the hotel staff helped us to book a taxi back to the airport. The whole stay was good value for money. There is a Mirror bistro just behind the corner with fantastic piroger.

Nothing

Nice, spacious room in good condition, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, beautiful breakfast restaurant, good breakfast. Generally, the hotel was of a much higher standard than I expected, given the reasonable price. Interesting neighbourhood and only a short walk to the old town and the castle.

Only minor stuff: When we complained that the water cooler in the corridor was empty, the night receptionist just handed us a warm half-litre bottle of water. (The next night, it was still empty, and when we complained again, this time to a different night receptionist, she immediately replaced the water container.)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast tasty and a good choice of products. Hotel is located at 15 min walking distance to old town, main train station, shopping mall as well as Schindler’s factory. There are many restaurants and pubs around hotel, if you want to still enjoy Krakow atmosphere but without crowds like in main square. Room was clean, not cluttered, simple but enough.

Toiletries are in dispensers ( so basically you do not know exactly, what you are using) perhaps it was the same soap? So that was a little minus for me. It would be nice , if yoghurts were served straight from the fridge ( but that is my preference )

The hotel is situated at a very calm street, so there is not a lot of noise during the night. The staff was super friendly and always pleased to help. The breakfast was quite nice.

The room was very dark because of the high and gloomy building on the opposite side of the street, which basically swallowed all of the sun. The surrounding buildings look quite wrecked, so at the first impression we were a bit scared of the area the Hotel is situated in. But we discovered quickly that there are cute restaurants and Cafes just around every corner and that the street was not scary at all. The wall design is very special and maybe not everyones taste. But we actually started to like it after a few minutes of getting used to it. :D

Hotel very easy to reach with train and tram from airport,breakfast adequate but a bit same after a few days! Entrance a bit dark and gloomy when you arrive but if you just need a room and breakfast that’s ok, People who run the hotel are very helpful and very pleasant and the hotel is very convenient within walking distance to the Old Town with trams and buses very near. The hotel and bedroom was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was perfect with the best shower we have ever had and beautifully tiled.All in all it was very good value for money in a beautiful and very clean calm city!

Maybe an English speaking Chanel or two on tv would be good! There could be a bit more colour in hotel it is a little bit grey.

The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. I have slept in multiple high end luxury resorts and their beds weren't even as comfortable as the beds of this hotel. Morever the receptionists were very helpful and kind, I had a great chat with them, and I could access my room after check-out to look for my lost bag, and I could access the room with a spare key so I wouldn't wake up my friend in the morning. The most positive thing was certainly the location, it was located on the border of Kazimierz, close to the Old Town, and we had amazing restaurants and café's within 200m distance + a great public transport possibility.

Nothing really, I could always try to bargain the price a bit down because it was still kinda basic and we didn't took advantage of other facilities like breakfest, but overall it was a very peaceful stay:).

What a great hotel I stayed with my mother who is in a wheelchair the lift was a good size and corridor and family room was large enough to move around ,great power shower. Super comfortable beds Breakfast was plentiful lots of yoghurt cold meats cheeses a good selection of croissants breads and hot food of eggs bacon and sausage ,great staff and nothing was too much trouble.In the area lots of bars and restaurants nearby supermarkets just across the road.

We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the price. The hotel was not overly fancy but it was comfortable and clean. The wifi and air conditioning worked well. Customer service was good and helpful when we needed them. The location is good because you can walk to the old town in under 15 minutes and there are many sights located even closer to the hotel.

The rooms didn’t have safety deposit boxes. In the reception there is a sign saying you should store your valuables in the hotel’s safety deposit boxes which are located near the reception but when we tried to do so it was not possible because they are all extremely small and won’t fit for example a laptop or tablet inside them. All our valuables stayed safe throughout the stay even though we just kept them in our room but since there is even a sign telling you to do something it felt weird most valuables wouldn’t even fit in them. Some of the hotel’s pictures on booking.com looked a little nicer and newer compared to the reality (or at least our rooms). It was not a huge difference though and the rooms were still quite nice so it was not a problem.

The staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was very good.

In the hotel description it was mentioned that the hotel provides parking service. Actually the hotel does not have own parking. Parking is about 600 meters from the hotel and it costs 50 zloty per day. You should remove the word "parking" from the list of hotel's facilities. Also note that there is no fridge in the room.
