great location, tasty breakfast, clean and tidy room

squeaky bed that was for two people too tight, nothing serious for two nights

The location of "hotel" was good. (If you dont go by your own car) The room was ok. I stay in a building next to the hotel, and it smell "wet and old" whan you enter this buildung. (not in the room) The breakfast was in the hotel, the room was modern and very nice, the staff and food was topp! Very nice city with a lot of good resturants. Over all I was happy with my stay, and I will be back. (hopefully next time by air and taxi😉)

Very difficult to find (drive) there. Very many one direction streets, and stange signs with a lot of Polish text, not even google maps understand that "system". When u first has arrive, you can only stay 15 minuttes, and then u have to go to a parking quite far away to drive, of the same resons as before, but only10 -15 min easy walk back to hotel. No elevator in that buildung, so with heavy suitcases, summer temeratur, and second "high" floor.....hmm not comfortable. And dont worry, nobody there will help u😉 (Regarding the parking, I hear it is a general problem in that area, and a lot of people was fusterated, so maybe not better other places, if they dont have privat paking on the plant)

Staff is very helpful and showed really great customer service. Pretty much every one of them were exceptionally helpful. I commented on it because I left another hotel due to the lack of it. I simply didn’t see good attitudes in several different places I had stayed, and they were quite unaccommodating if your needs did not fit their narrow expectations. For instance, I didn’t tell them (former hotel) that I was staying one more night until after checkout time, so they made me wait until 2 pm for a room, because “checkin time is after 2 pm”). Even though they had a room free, and I had stayed the night before, I was supposed to sit for two hours in the lobby and wait for their “rule” to be satisfied. Thats when I left…. The woman smiled understandingly and replied she learned customer service in the USA. The breakfast is really great. Costs around $9 I stayed about a week there. The first room had one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I ever slept on (room 304). I liked the pillow so much I went out and found one like it and bought it. Last night I moved to a cheaper room and that bed was not as good, but still not bad. Even the cleaning lady was nice and friendly.

If you face the main street, it is noisy at night, with people on the sidewalk below and cars. It’s just the location. Great for being right near the old town, but has that drawback.

Great price considering the hotel's located right on the cute, little city square. Also, they have their own free parking lot right next to the hotel, which is always a nice surprise. The breakfast was good, the room was clean. The styling may be a little old, but that's not really that important. Really a great place to stay considering the price.

Really no complaints. If I wanted to get picky, I'd say the styling was a bit old-fashioned (which some people may actually like if they're looking for that authentic Polish experience), and our towel rack wasn't properly secured to the wall and kept falling off. But like I said, those things don't really affect your time here.

Big room, feels like own property with comfort of hotel(separate entrance)

was not so easy to find the key for property, especially at night. you have to mention that the Reseption is next door. Room smells like an old carpet.

Hotel Kazimierz is in the middle of the centre of Krakau. Facilities and location is perfect. Its located on walking distance to the centre square and Wawel castle. Its in the heart of the Jewish Neighbourhood. I recommend this top hotel at a top location for a fair price. Whenever I am returning to Cracow again I definately will stay at the hotel again. The hotel is very nice, the room was quite small but you don´t need big room just for overnight, breakfast was delicious and very good choice. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops around. It is 10 minutes walk from Wawel Castle. We were very satisfied

The only negative thing was too soft bed and small blanket (duvet) - for 2 people it is too small. But we asked for another one and they gave it to us without problems. If you have a room with windows to the street, it can be noisy because there are pubs and bars around the hotel.

The hotel is in the heart of the city centre (old town area), so it’s very easy to get to the castle, old market square and various cafes. Breakfast was fabulous, various dishes (including hot) served in buffet, each day different, breakfast timing was perfect, staff is great, helpful. Room is spacious, clean.

Room is located on 0 floor towards the street and all day round it was horribly noisy. Basically you can hear each word of people passing by, garbage cars early morning etc + not possible to open curtains because entire room is visible from the street

Great place, in the center of the ancient and very beautiful district of Kazimierz. Polite, pleasant staff. The room has everything you need. The location itself is just great.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and close to lots of good places for food, drinks, etc (and a couple of minutes from the pinball museum!). Good breakfast, clean room, powerful shower. We arrived super early in the morning and were able to store our luggage until check in.
