The location is good with some nice bars and food places close by. It is a 20 min walk to the main square but it was actually nice to be away from this and see other parts of Krakow. The river is 7/8 mins and there are plenty of shops close to the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy with ok facilities. The breakfast was good and provided a good range of items.

We could have done with some proper cups in the room to make tea and coffee, there was only espresso cups. The room was so warm, we turned the thermostat down to 16 but it was still so hot we struggled to sleep without the window open which made it noisy.

Staff was very helpful and polite. The hotel is clean and the room was very big and comfortable. I had an issue with the windows (had a room on top floor which had extra windows) and it disrupted my sleep early in the morning. The hotel is quiet and the location is very good and safe for a solo traveler.

No lobby and no bar, so you can't order food/drinks but it wasn't a big issue because there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets outside. The neighborhood is very nice but it's a bit far from the main market sequare (about 1.6 kilometers).

This attractive boutique hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions iin Krakow - Wawel Castle, the Royal Route and the Old Town. The breakfast offers a reasonable range of choices, which does not change and is very reasonably priced. The rooms are attractively furnished with an easy access shower in the bathroom. It is also located within a short walk of tram line 3, which takes you straight to and from the main railway station.

TV reception can be 'flakey' with sound and vision breaking up, although the range of channels is good - when you can see and hear them.

Great staff, unfortunately I never got the name of the lady who checked us in but it would have been 11pm Friday the 14th, she was lovely. Nice room, good bed, clean which is great, nice bathroom.

My only issue was loud music, you could hear the bass of music we stayed on the first floor overlooking the front door. I wasn’t sure where it came from but the second night it was quite annoying but that’s not the hotels fault, bar that a quite street which again I couldn’t place the noise.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable the rooms were clean and comfortable nice bathrooms and comfortable beds

The restaurant and bar is advertised on their website and also on booking.com this is incorrect information and false advertising they have a fully stocked bar which is not open during the day and evening there is no where you can sit and relax and chill with a hot or cold drink and or light lunch or dinner which was very disappointing

Hotel was clean, rooms were modern and stylish and it was in a perfect location for us in the Jewish Quarter. The hotel had a spa that we could use for an extra fee and the rooms also had all the necessary amenities

Staff member at checkout was quite dismissive. Didn't acknowledge us when we stood at the front desk. Also went away from the desk for around 5 minutes, and then told us we could leave our luggage in an unlocked room at reception despite no-one being present to ensure our belongings would be safe

Great place to stay - very central to everything. Great selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend! Breakfast in the morning is great value with a good selection of food available to kick start your morning before visiting Krakow. Room was large - and although the hotel is very central to the bars etc we did not hear any noise from the street etc. Very clean room with everything that we needed

Can't think of anything that we disliked - only thing that would of been good was to have the option of eating in the restaurant at night - however this wasn't a huge problem

Great location in the best area of Krakow, Kazimierz - lot of restaurants (many of them with top quality), shops and markets close to the hotel and only about 15 min walk to old down and main square. Hotel was small, very comfortable and clean. We had 4 rooms in total, one of them was for 3 persons which meant that one was sleeping on the folding armchair. But still, it was very good to sleep on it and room was big enough to move around and feel comfortable in it. We suggest to ask a room on the Kupa street side, very quiet when windows closed. Another side there can be loud music during weekends as there is a bar in the next building. We loved breakfast in this hotel - very good choice, unusual dishes tasting so good and some differences every morning as well. Great coffee!

Centrally located in the Jewish Quarter, but still easily walkable to Wawel Castle, the former Jewish Ghetto and the Old Town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and surpassed our expectations. We had breakfast on two occasions; there was a decent variety but it was clear that supply was low by about 30 minutes before the breakfast ended. We went on a trip to Auschwitz which was arranged with Get Your Guide prior to arriving and the pick up point was very close to the hotel!

The hotel is excellent location quiet area however nice restaurants in local walking distance. The hotel is 15 minute walk to old town. The room. Was lovely stylish and very clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We had breakfast each morning which was really fresh so good. Used the sauna spa area. This hotel was fantastic and i would definitely recommend it.
