Hotel Perfect

The highlight of my stay is the incredibly friendly staff - very smiley, kind, welcoming. Justyna in particular went out of her way and over and beyond to help me when I was caught in a sticky situation as regards a tourist trip I had booked outside of the hotel - thank you so much for your empathy, patience and effort. Delicious breakfast was served in a beautiful room every day (eggs, sausages, amazing coffee, cereal, pastries and everything else you can expect at a continental breakfast). The room was large and spacious, with lounge chairs, a sofa, comfortable bed, mirrors, wardrobes, faux plants, lovely view. The location was just around the corner from the tram (5 min walk), restaurants/ bars (2 min walk), a market (2 min walk) but we were not disturbed by any noise whatsoever. You get free (glass bottled) water, teas and coffee. It's a modern, gorgeous, classy hotel with beautiful interior. I would stay there again!

The rooms were not cleaned/ towels were not replaced unless you specifically asked for this (which was not clear at check in). When we did request for our room to be cleaned on the second night, the standard was low - our beds weren't made, we were essentially just given clean towels.

The location is exceptionally good being out of the crush around the main square but within easy walking distance or short tram ride of the city centre. There are numerous restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood, a couple of excellent ones within 50m of the hotel front door. The 24-hour reception desk is a bonus for a small hotel, making our late night arrival easier than dealing with door codes and key boxes, etc.

Hotel Perfect met all of our travel needs and was a comfortable base for a very enjoyable 4 night visit to Krakow.

The hotel was quiet, but in a great location. Only 10 minutes walking to the main square (or easily accessible by the trams) but also right in the heart of the old Jewish Quarter which is full of bars and restaurants. The breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful. Their communication before our trip arranging taxis for the airport and our trip to Auschwitz was really quick and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern, the bed was super comfy and the shower was great!

It was a shame that the bar/restaurant that is attached to the hotel wasn't open. This was the space where you have breakfast, and it seemed like a really nice place.

Location, location, location

Hotel is Perfect but not so Perfect. Whilst I commend the front desk staff, for their professionalism, I was disappointed when I learned on returning to the hotel in the late afternoon, that the bed had not been tied up, nor were the dirty coffee and water cups replaced. I complained to the front desk and they immediately brought up clean cups. However, the bed was left undone. I can accept that linen does not need to be changed on a daily basis, but tying up the bed and room is to be expected in any hotel. This was a real disappointment.

24 Hour Reception, Staff very nice and Helpfull, Secure place to stay, Lift to all floors, Good wi-fi and Shower water pressure, Warm and Quiet, Street facing room, Noisy Krakow Baboons Dont appear from January - March!!. Just like 97% of Polish Hotels, Rentals, a "Double Bed" is 2 x Single Beds and 2 x Single Mattress pushed together, This is not so in the U.K. or USA.

Safe Deposit box Never worked, maybe internal Batteries needed Replacing?.

Location is good for local bars and Jewish Square. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful if you needed anything extra. The room is light and modern. The sauna was nice. The bed was very comfortable

The restaurant was closed but it would have been nice to have a bar.

Perfect location and excellent bed. Room had great soundproofing, being in the central location I honestly expected a bit of a noise from the street, but there was none. The hotel sauna is great after all day long walking around the city. Had a perfect stay and would stay here again anytime.

I can`t really say there`s something I didn`t like as I was very satisfied with the stay, it was great. Just a little tip to improve - the room was not cleaned during the stay and it did not bother us, would be nice if the trash was removed by the housekeeper though. Sauna is great, I would appreciate the light in sauna area being dim and relaxing music. None of this was a problem for us.

The hotel lives up to its name - perfect. Everything was excellent, comfy bed, clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. The location is really good, there were plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The room was well soundproofed, it was a very pleasant stay. If I come back to Krakow I'd definitely like to stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

location was perfect. the Jewish quarter had so much history, some nice places close by for food + drinks ... just a short walk into the town. everything the hotel organised for us, airport taxi both ways spot on... our aushwitz and salt mine trip.. no troubles. breakfast was continental and lovely. staff were lovely. hotel was modern, tidy, clean. so happy with our stay.

The location in the former Jewish quarters is great. Lots of restaurants and cafes and close to everything.

Disco music until 3 am and the front desk staff could use customer service training; they hardly said hello when entering and were not able to help with tourism suggestions. The breakfast restaurant is nice.
