The breakfast was in the other hotel nearby but the breakfast spread was exceptionnel. Location was also in the city centre, nearby to everything including the train station. Only issue I had was the unavailability of iron. Requested on the 1st day of arrival and none of the staff are able to let me know if its available or not. Air conditioning was also not available and the scorching summer heat made it worse. If only its available the would most probably be the best hotel in Gliwice. All in all, will surely be returning to this hotel for the next round. Really loved the ambiance.

The location in good. The ladies from reception was very kind. The room is big enough.

There is a horrible smell comming from the bathroom, I think from canalization somehow. The queen bed is actualy two twinbeds sticked together. No possibility to have a coffee in the morning. You have to go to their other hotel.

Location is great: close to the city center and a railway station. Lovely receptionist. The lady helped me twice. The hotel is quite and small

no fridge in rooms. It was 30 degrees outside, much food spoiled. The curtains hardly protected from the morning sun that is why I had to sleep with a sleeping mask. And absence of an air conditioner is also sad

The location of the hotel, the delicious breakfast, and the good attention of the personnel to detail were the highlights of my stay there.

The mattress, although was comfortable enough, seemed a little bit old, and would have appreciated if it was softer.

A good place to stay for transit: located in the city centre, close to the bus and rail stations. The rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel offers decent breakfast.

For those travelling by car, you might need to pay extra to park on the nearby streets.

Clean room with all amenities; good location, close to the city centre and railway station; restaurants and shops are next to the hotel. Most importantly, breakfast was awesome and had many varieties. Overall, I had a great experience.

the room had shower door missing so it was very complicated to shower. we didn’t ask to switch rooms or report that before leaving as it was already very late and we just wanted to sleep.

Everything was fantastic! Comfy beds, clean room, nice atmosphere, friendly personel. And breakfast needs separate applause 👏 Totally would recommend for everyone!

Hotel is on the street, so you really hear the noise. At late-night is calmer, but still.
