Yello Hotel

Got a free room upgrade courtesy of my booking account. Location is excellent. Near malls, restaurants and even laundry shops. Room size is not that big but this is understandable since this is a boutique hotel. Room cleaning is done everyday and they restock water and toiletries and provide a new set of towels. Beds while single in size comfortable. Pillows are conformable as well. Buffet breakfast is served. Nothing stellar but decent varied choices. Overall, good stay.

Wifi can be slow at times. During our stay renovation of one of the restaurant is ongoing and somehow the sound from the construction can be heard as a background in the sound system of the hotel in our conference room.

I like the view from the roof deck while having the breakfast buffet. The receptionists are friendly and very accommodating. The guards are very polite and always offer help. The room is clean and has a complete toiletry.

The towels are not white anymore, maybe they need to change their towels or use better detergent to remove some stains. Yello Hotel has been my go-to hotel since 2021, but lately, they always put me on the 2nd floor and when I requested a different floor to see a better view I was told no more rooms available.

It was so quiet and peaceful. I specifically loved my room. Not too small, not big. So clean. Breakfast is my favorite part of my everyday meal and I was so so satisfied with their breakfast buffet. I also loved how near Watson's was from the hotel. 😁

I wasn't happy with my door lock. Every time I go outside, I needed to go to the reception area which means I needed to use the elevator to and fro to ask for help because my door lock didn't wanna read my key card. I am pregnant so it was a hassle for me. I also wish they have a telephone or whatever that lets us have an easier way to contact the receptionist/s for some assistance. I booked a standard room only so I dunno if they have it in other upgraded rooms. Nevertheless, my stay was awesome.

Yello Hotel is close to IT City Cebu, which makes it easy access to this area and also buses (bus terminal) that go around the city. Good wifi connection. Nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast or a drink. Our private room as well as the bathroom was spacious. Check-in was easy and the staff is nice. Beds are comfortable. Room was quiet. Due to proper blinds the room stays dark when the sun shines already.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. And we found stuff from people, who were in the room before us. The breakfast is ok (for the price we paid for the hotel) but it could be improved (e.g. quality of coffee or eggs). Still you get your stomach filled to start into the day. The bed was lopsided and we had to even it out.

-The hotel personal was kind and professional, 10/10! -View out of a window - big city with some skyscrapers, amazing. -Buffet at a roof of the hotel, tasty food with a breathtaking view!

The air ventilation in the room need to be improved, even though it has an air-conditioner, after taking a shower or washing clothes, room seems to dry/ventilation for a long time. Maybe making a windows open-able would fix the issue, otherwise all of the rest seems to be good and satisfabable.

Hello! I just stayed a week in Yello Hotel, and have nothing but praises for this place! Its new and modern, easy access and looks great. Rooms are very clean, inckuding a fresh shower stall and comfortable beds. AC runs very quiet also. But the best is the staff, friendly, helpful and always ready to assist for small or big questions! I reccomend this hotel both for families, as well as single visitors! Leif from Sweden

Room is affordable with buffet breakfast. It is located in the city, near IT Park and business centers.

I stayed here 4days and 3nights. I requested to replenish all the amenities like bottled water, and toiletries but Service is SO SO. Had to follow up multiple times. On the 3rd day, I requested for bottled water but never came so I had to buy outside. Also, low water pressure in shower. I guess frontdesk is not 24hour, trying to call them but no one is answering.

Very clean. Friendly young staff. Very nice rooftop restaurant and bar. Good breakfast buffet but lacked cereal and cold fresh milk.

Odd room layout. Separate toilet and shower with a sink in the main room. I prefer all 3 things together in one room. Bad lighting in the room. My WiFi never connected properly in my room so I had to rely on my mobile data.

The location, the room, the lights, the floor, the FOOD during breakfast. Very simple, homie. I visited Cebu cause its my rest day and i want to experience STAYCATION and to relax and feel my rest day and i achieved it.

The shampoo smells bad, maybe im so picky but its not for me. i don't know if the pool is functional however it was not offer. Im looking forward to use it even for night swimming cause during the day its kind a awkward taking a bath cause the location is infront of the bar or resto.

It was such a nice and comfortable stay! We defini enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very accommodating too. We've gone back and stayed for a few times already and each time is always a nice stay!

Everything else except the Jacuzzi on the roof deck. On the times that we've stayed it not clean and the tiles have molds but I think people don't usually use it that's why there not much cleaning to it
