Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport

The staff were lovely. Polite friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for access to the airport just a short walk from the team stop/ airport. Breakfast from 4 am ... we had ours at 6 and there was a really good buffet Continental breakfast available. What we also appreciated was the low soft lighting rather than glaring bright light at that time of day. We would 100% book in here again for our next visit

No tea or coffee facility in rooms which is something you expect and take for granted and room/ shower room temperature was a little too low for elderly relative in the group even at top setting - not sure if they up the temp when winter sets in..

Spent 28 days in Norway using Bergen Airport as the transportation hub, therefore, needed accommodation within walk-able distance. Stayed four separate nights as it met the distance criteria and was cheaper than the Clarion Hotel. The Comfort Hotel is less than a 5" walk from the airport (slightly uphill), nothing special or bad, paying for the location. Good size and clean rooms, decent sized private bath with enclosed shower. Typical Norwegian BF included which was good. Friendly and helpful registration staff. Good wifi.

Restaurant lacked dinner menu options.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the airport, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room wasn't very big but it was comfortable, elegant, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was spectacular.

The room numbering was hilarious--the building has an unusual shape and then was divided up into odds and evens, I think? I don't really understand the system, honestly. I arrived at midnight after a sweaty, stressful day of travel and plodded around and around for ten minutes before I found the room. There MUST be an easier way to do this, especially when one considers that a hotel guest doesn't read the whole sign, generally; they just find their own number and head off (which doesn't work here)!

The location for people arriving or leaving to airport in specific hours is very good - 5 min walk from airport. Even if you arrive early in the morning or very late there is an option for self check-in. The breakfast is available from 4am, so this was very nice. There was plenty of food and very diverse and delicious. The second time we stayed at Comfort we had to leave earlier to catch our flight so we didn't manage to have breakfast but if your flight is a little bit later in the morning you can have breakfast before that. The room was very nice - comfortable bed, it had hair dryer and everything we needed. We were very happy with everything during our stay and we definitely would go again :)

Actually we enjoyed everything during our stay. We were happy with the location, the price, the breakfast and the cleanliness. We recommend this hotel for sure!

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was super simple and practical. Breakfast opened up at 4:30am sharp and had more than enough for an early bird breakfast, from several types of bread, butter, jams, cheese and cold cuts, to fruit, overnight oats and chia pudding (including lots of nice toppings), which was a nice surprise. There are also plenty of beverage options, and being vegan myself there was nothing I wanted that I didn't have. All the allergens are listed on each item of food, which makes it super practical for people who need to know that information.

The rooms are super well isolated when it comes to outside noises, but not so much to noises from other rooms, unfortunately I could hear loud kids in the room over mine, which was a bit annoying when I had such an early flight.

The good: breakfast, staff was very helpful, and we booked there because of the proximity to the airport. We walked to the terminal the next morning. Basically the terminal was just on the other side of the highway, and there was a pedestrian tunnel that took us underneath the highway, so it couldn't have been an easier walk.

It was annoying having to pay for parking at the hotel. I had to pay using an online app. Norway is pretty much a cash free economy, so expect to use your credit card, or online aps foreverything.

We were delighted with this hotel after spending all day delayed by weather in Oslo. There is a paved footpath that goes under the road so it is less than a 5 minute walk across the parking lot area from the airport. It is the perfect location if you get in late or have an early flight. The hotel is spacious with a very pleasant lobby with comfortable seating and the breakfast was fantastic and included gluten free bread options. Would definitely stay again!

Great location with (very) short walking distance to the airport terminal. Very good noise insulation. The hotel is really close to the airport, and it was surprisingly quiet. The training room was simple/small but with all the basics and open 24/7, that was a plus. The room was not very spacious but had all the basics for a one-night stay. It was very clean and was the most important. Nice comfy bed and good "early-riser" breakfast (more choices than I expected at 5AM).

The staff coordination with the App to order and pick up food in the restaurant/bar. This needs to be fine-tuned.

Location is the key - if you land in Bergen late with a flight out the next morning, this is your place. Maybe a 3min walk from the airport. It was also clean and comfortable enough and offered all the necessities, including 24-hr front desk. Everything is pretty much brand new.

Not a knock on the property because it is what it is, but travelers should be aware that it’s a little bare bones and minimalist so they aren’t surprised when they walk in the room.

The location was great - so close to the airport, but also unbelievably quiet! Very clean, really easy to get into Bergen on the tram, and nice breakfast. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying close to the airport

It was a great stay - if I am being super picky I would say the room decor wasn't really to my taste (a bit warehousey) and the TV channel selection was limited, and mostly Norwegian channels
