Incredible view. Centrally located.

Kitchenette not very well equipped. Only a kettle and instant coffee (yuk) they did bring me a plunger coffee maker, though. Only one wine glass and one tumbler. No cutting board. Otherwise not bad.

The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to the University, the Viaduct, and many other amenities. Rooms were exactly what we needed, clean, with a nice kitchen area and appealing modern decoration. Beds were very comfortable. The two-bedroom room was great, with a huge king-size bed in one room and a queen-size one in the other and a spacious common area. Both rooms had laundry facilities and were well equipped with kitchen stuff, coffee, etc... This was perfect for our family. The valet parking was also very convenient and not too expensive for one day.

Staff at the reception desk were not very welcoming. They were polite though. The restaurant is separated from elevators by only a couple of panels. Maybe that needs to be remodeled for a better look.

this was my second stay at the quadrant hotel and ill soon be booking a 3rd! the staff at the front desk (particularly Toran, i hope im spelling that correctly!) are always very welcoming and helpful. also a fantastic spot thats a good walking distance from queen street/a quick drive to places like the zoo, spark arena and Kelly tarltons.

the building/rooms ive stayed in definitely had some wear and tear but everything is nice and clean. when i was there last they seemed to be refreshing a few things, at least in the lobby. my biggest issue honestly is that there doesn't seem to be extra blankets available in the rooms.

After a long flight, my partner and I arrived in Auckland and made our way to our hotel, conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Sky City. We were warmly welcomed by Shilpi, a staff member who, observing our tiredness, kindly offered us an early check-in at 9 am. This thoughtful gesture was a much-needed relief and set the tone for our 4-day stay. However, on our last day, there was a minor hiccup at breakfast. We were informed about the price but not the end time of the breakfast service, which led to a bit of a rush for us to finish our meal. Despite this, the breakfast was enjoyable, and it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had. We want to extend our sincere thanks to Shilpi and the entire team for their exceptional hospitality and care. Their efforts greatly enhanced our visit to Auckland, and we would happily stay here again.

I think elevators are just not enough.

The hotel is in a great location with regard to part of the University of Auckland and the city center. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We appreciated the washing machine.

One bed room can only be closed off with sliding doors, hence privacy is a bit impaired (consider this when you are traveling as two couples). Elevators are currently being updated and hence it might take a bit more time to go up or down (although this did not really affect us negatively).

The room was quiet, clean and fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable and the service was good. The people at the reception were courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and may well opt to stay there again the next time I go to Auckland.

The fridge wasn't working properly and there were small cockroaches in the kitchen. The food stored in the fridge froze overnight and the milk containers also tended to freeze. We tried adjusting the dial but it made no difference. The elements on the stove didn't function at anything other than high. A spare blanket for the bed would have been good for the colder temperature at night.

Very well equipped room with everything you needed for a comfortable stay after exploring the city/islands. Washing/Dryer Machine was a great addition considering the room size. We didn't realise they were serviced so came back to a clean room and towels every day which was a nice surprise. Location is very central so easy to get around the city from here.

Room was a little cramped but for the price and how much was in there we couldn't complain. Could have done with slightly bigger pans for cooking food as they were only big enough for one person/meal.

Got an upgrade to a two bedroom executive room upon check-in, which is a nice gesture from the business. The style is more of a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, which makes the overall rating a bit difficult. As an apartment it's well equipped with everything you need for short-term living, including cutleries, cookers, and a washing machine. As a hotel room the balcony and view is passable to the best but that's not entirely up to the property given its central location on Auckland CBD. Would advise future guests to check out and compare a very well known hotel brand literally next door to see which service style is more of your thing.

There are sockets besides beds but the table in the living room is limited when it comes to proper sitting and work, as there's only power plugs under the TV, which can be a disappointment if your own cables are too short.

Check in was really easy. Very reasonable pricing for location which was right in the CBD. Loved that it had full kitchen facilities. The rooms were cleaned daily which was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Loved the fact that they had valet parking which made things easier than driving around looking for parking. Customer service was great, friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were on the smallish side but not bad enough to affect our trip. The gym facilities were not really working.

Loved the cleaning staff they were very helpful when servicing the room The room facilities were very good, room size, bathroom, kichen & washing facilities. The balconies & room views were very good & the lift was good Location & tariff was great & taxi from airport was a much appreciated service 11am checkout time is excellent

Would have liked to have an additional key, found communicating directly with reception staff difficult & only had 1 wine glass in the room. The breakfast was too expensive, especially with no cheaper options. Website needs updating re breakfast prices & options or don't include them at all
