Don`t believe the bad reviews, lovely staff, outside access so a cool entrance, very quiet and luxurious, easy to Westa park and Haarlemmer weg
pillows a bit wierd, too big and your head sinks in them, the shower only has boiling till you figure out the complicated shower and slippery tiles, nice view and top grade

i was positively surprised when i walked into the hotel. nice staff, nice atmosphere and a very nice room. we didn’t experience any of the bad things others had put in their reviews. the location is also great. 15 minutes bus ride or about an hour walk to the central.

The receptionist's Hassan and Omar were very attentive and willing to help guests. Myself and my aunt had a great time, we're glad you enjoyed having us as guests too. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to get me checked in early.
Actually everything was okay for one night, could have been a bit cleaner and the TV didn't have a channel on it. But that's rather beside the point

exactly how the pictures show it to be, great structure and very nice rooms.
Would be better if they offered bed and breakfast facilities but they accept deliveries and it is located near various shops so this is not a major issue. The only major issue was I was given a room key to a room that was already occupied and walked in on the occupants while entering the room. this was quickly resolved but I did feel like there should have been some further compensation or something as that could have been a very dangerous situation for me entering a random room which I believed was mine or for the person in the room.

friendly staff on check in and check out good location, not far from central. just a short bus or tram ride. shops, bars and restaurants nearby the room was very clean and the decor really nice, not just in the room but whole hotel comfortable bed and a good shower. overall I really enjoyed my stay and would visit again I don’t have any complaints but 2 suggestions a handrail in the shower as the floor could be a bit slippery a chair and possibly a chest of drawers as the room was definitely spacious enough
