Hotel Posada San Antonio

I love the location of the the hotel and the rooms are nicer than other hotels I've stayed at in Reynosa. The staff is always friendly and the hotel feels secure, even having a gated parking garage. Overall, I feel like this is the best hotel in Reynosa.

The price is a little on the high side but not totally unreasonable, but I do wish there was a discount for returning customers (since this is my favorite hotel in Reynosa I stay here quite a bit). I also wish the rooms included small refrigerators which would make the rooms feel complete. Other than that, maybe the breakfast could be a little more expensive.

Furnishing, bed, tv all was good

Didn't understand you have to leave card in a little shelf to keep lights on. It was explained to me but didn't understand Coupon for breakfast but they were closed next day. Was a bummer. Night before ordered food but the portions were small, ask for double but only thing they provided more of was rice. High prices for not enough food. Will not eat at the restaurant again. It's separate from hotel, but they tell you to eat there. Coupon was for only 1 person even thought two occupants. Asked what up they said they would provide 1 extra.

Excellent location in the city center.Hospitable owners. Polite and attentive staff. Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff. Tea, coffee and cookies are always available. There is a jacuzzi, gym, yoga room and grill area. Everywhere is clean and tidy. A great place to relax.

The experience was beyond my expectations and the attention to detail was great. I ordered a queen sized bedroom but was given one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Even went as far as to give us a complementary bottle of wine, which was delicious. The restaurant staff helped me with the birthday for my girlfriend and was very attentive and helpful. I already recommended the hotel/restaurant to one of my friends and hopefully will stay in soon. Definitely would stay in here again.

the TV reception was very limited but with the netflix app was more than enough. Other thing was that the neighbor room had a dog and didn't know they allowed pets in. other than that it was great.

Very clean room in a great safe location. Had underground parking, Wi-Fi, restaurant, small pool, and restaurants/shops nearby. Staff was very friendly but do not speak English. Shower was strong with hot water. WI-Fi was spotty so TV would buffer constantly while watching but no big deal. I would stay here again.

Could have used a safe in the room along with a small table. Traffic was very loud from being so close to a main road. If our room was not facing the square I'm sure the room would have been very very quiet.
