Siesta Motel

This location is right next to a Denny's and 5 seconds from downtown Nogales, 30 seconds to the border line. Nogales is very quiet, so things were quiet overall for being 100 yards from an active rail line. The guy at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Outstanding value.

The door lock was flaky. It almost seemed like it would fall off (it would not, but it looked like it would). The door chain was barely hanging on. I did not feel unsafe, but if I had to name something that could be improved, that would be it. To be fair, I insisted on a ground floor room, so I could have taken another room that didn't have this space for improvement. Ce la vie.

The staff were great, professional, knowledgeable of the area, and friendly. One of the staff members recommended a Mexican restaurant that is almost directly across the street. The restaurant is really, really, one of best Mexican food restaurants I've had in a very long time. This hotel is within walking distance from the border. I'm not sure why the advertising I read says there is no parking, there is definitely parking.

The staff were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of this hotel is very convenient, within walking distance of the border. The price was very reasonable.

This property is older but is well kept up.and clean. The staff is friendly and the location is great - just a mile north of the Mexican border. It's not the Taj Mahal but the beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, and over several nights at this property no issues arose. This place is a gem on.the US side - if.you.have dental or.mrdical appointments in Mexico; this is a safe and inexpensive place to stay on the US side.

For the price of the room I can not complain - just over $50 a night with tax. Were this property double this rate Incould find things to nit pick.about. At this rate it's a good deal.

Excellent service and the room was excellent clean and comfortable even the parking lot was clean Water pressure was great This is by far the best motel we have stayed in and will stay again when we are in the area

I LOVE this place. It is inexpensive, clean, safe, and just a mile north of the US/Mexico border. Staff is polite and helpful and the beds are comfortable. This place is an affordable gem on the US side of the border.

I like the Siesta Motel and am a regular guest and there is really nothing I dislike.

I love this motel! It is basic but is clean, safe, and inexpensive. Beds are comfortable and rooms come equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave- it's possible to save money on eating out. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Honestly, this motel checks off a lot of boxes for me. I can think of nothing to improve ' especially at this price point.

The motel is in a good location with the Denny's Restaurant next door, so if you arrive late you can still walk over and get decent food without driving anywhere else.

It seemed the door lock/entrance cards are a bit difficult to use.

Location is closer to the southern border, but not walking distance IMO. The staff were friendly, informative and professional.

The TV and microwave didn’t work. The front desk staff graciously replaced them.

it wasn't that bad as some of the reviews that I read, i was afraid at first when i saw all the bad reviews, but the place it wasn't that bad. Please keep in mind that is an old place with some old furniture

I was charged with 7 extra bucks for no reason, i didn't like that, It is assumed that when you make the payment, taxes are already included and all that

We got to park our car right in front of our room. Staff was very hospitable of our needs like extra soap, pillows, checking out a day sooner.

Coffee maker would have been good, but the microwave did the trick.
