Really nice, more for local tourists than what most Canadians would expect.

Felt a bit old, but everything was good.

The rooms were so spacious and clean, we had sea views and waking up to that view in the morning is something I will never forget We extended our stay and had an even better room the following night The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful Lots of food to choose from The private beach was unreal, white sand and turquoise water Bus runs from outside the hotel every 1 min, so can get downtown super easy and is inexpensive Lots to do for adults and children

I wish the wifi actually reached the rooms but I understand the difficulties with range through the building materials.

We have been going to this resort for over 25 years. We have always loved the views, the staff and the FOOD. Understandably, with the loss of business last year, they have had to scale back in many areas. It was a disappointment that the Veneto restaurant was closed 1/2 of the nights we were there. As a result, we were forced to go to Marco Polo, in the Solaris tower. We also love the Marco Polo but you could only go there with reservations and they were filled each day within the 1st 15 minutes of opening. As a result, we only were able to go to the special places for dinner, 3 night of our 6 nite stay. These upscale menu restaurants are one of our MAIN reasons we love coming here. We were also not happy to see that they had such stringent mask requirements. We were wanting to get AWAY from the Covid fear and the mandates were stronger than at home in Az. We hope that things will get back to NORMAL soon, as were hoping to come back down next year to celebrate our 40th Anniversary!!

Great amenities, room was very clean. All inclusive is excellent. Staff was great! Diego Eduardo, Mariana in entertainment and Fatima at pool bar.

Double bed is full size beds. Queen would be better.

Overall the hotel was beautiful, fantastic staff that made the experience exceed my expectations, and an amazing view. We loved dinning by ocean and sitting by the beach each day. The shows at night were fun and super engaging.

Sometimes it was confusing what activites were available because the printed brochure was not up to date and we missed activites. Also the resort provided free covid tests but when my partner submitted her test at the airport there were some typo's that caused complications for her at the airport.

I would update the lobby area . and more staff at front desk . maybe big screen tv and more lighting . but it’s old world Mexico and lovely . first impression wasn’t great but the property grew on us by a lot!!
