The breakfast at the hotel was the best one we had during our stay in Mexico and we went quite a few places. We tried the restaurant at dinner as well and it was very good. The location was perfect as it is quite central and less than a 10 min walk to the central plaza. Much like most first-time tourists in Mexico, initially we thought we would only use Uber for safety reasons but we felt very safe and walked at all times of the day (and night). In the evening the area has people around but it's not noisy. Honestly, this was the best value-for-money booking I've had in a long time. Three of the four rooms we booked were enormous and the queen size beds were incredibly comfortable.

It's gonna sound ridiculous to complain about this but the only slight discomfort we had in our group was that the products they use for cleaning had a scent too strong. The scent wasn't unpleasant, just too strong so we had to open our windows.

Super friendly staff, nice big rooms. Bathrooms very spacious with a great shower! Location is perfect because it is not far from the airport and super close to the historic centre. Breakfast also really good with lots of choice and different meals every day. Staff there also super friendly and thoughtful, especially Roberto! Everyone always willing to help with questions and they take you seriously always. Very very good

Beds are slightly too hard for my liking. The safe did not work in my room, though the staff tried to fix it quickly.

Hotel Flamencos is in a great location near the centre of the city (15 mins walk to the Zócalo) and a few minutes from a major metro interchange (Pinot Suárez).The staff are very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms are very spacious and have every thing you need should you be visiting for business or pleasure. What stands out beyond anything else is the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and the public areas of the hotel. This combined with the staff made my stay very enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the hotel if I visit Mexico City again in the future.

An excellent hotel. Well located within a short walk to historic centre attractions and 5 minutes from Pino Suarez metro station. Great staff. Comfortable bedroom with coffee maker. Supplies refreshed daily. Reasonably good buffet breakfast.. Good shower in its own room.

There are just a few restaurant options nearby. The meal that I had in the hotel restaurant was not too good. There is a nice bar on the top floor but it is not well advertised so I only discovered it half way through my stay.

Everything about this place was excellent!! Location, cleanliness, comfort, customer service, food, value. Couldn’t be happier. Waking distance to many attractions places. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Toiletry supplies were more than what you get at some other hotels. Very generous with water bottles provided at our rooms. Room had a mini fridge which kept our lefts overs and water cold. Wonderful rain shower and very comfortable beds. Rooms are very specious, we were four at a double room and never felt crowded. This place was recommended by a family member that stayed at this hotel a few months back and had the same experience. We highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be back!

A nice, new, modern "European-style" hotel, walking distance from the Zocalo. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Breakfast with a good selection of Mexican dishes and some continental options. Attentive staff.

The location is a bit noisy, though it does wind down at night (when it also becomes a bit sketchy). We could also hear some noise from inside the hotel - like the fridge, water tricking somewhere, some louder noises from other rooms. The bedside lamps have buttons that light up when they're turned off, and are so bright as to be annoying. There is a noticeable smell of cleaning products throughout the hotel - we appreciated the dedication to hygiene, but it was a bit much, and even the sheets smelled faintly of chlorine.

The staff were excellent and extremely welcoming from the moment we arrived to when we left. We felt welcomed and valued at all times. The room was a good size with plenty of room and the bed was comfortable. The entire hotel was clean throughout. We could not hear any outside noise from our room and it had all the amenities to make our stay extremely pleasant, including extra blankets, iron, hairdryer and enough towels for the 2 of us. It was a pity we only stayed for one night prior to returning to UK. The restaurant was very good in value and good size, and of excellent quality.

The breakfast was excellent in quality but could have been even better with a little extra varierty.

The location was great! And I have never felt unsafe. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They changed the room for me and fixed bugs (light) in the room immediately. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bathroom is great! The breakfast is good but be aware that there is no cheese or jam for the toast.

The cleaning staff uses a very chemical smelling stuff. This could be changed! The isolation of the windows is not really good. Some days the music outside is really loud. It normally stops at 9 or 10pm. Friday at 11pm! I checked out at 6pm (sometimes 3pm is possible without charging) and had to pay the whole night. Half price would have been nicer.

There are reading lights by the bed that even when turned off, omit a blue light right by your face when sleeping which is quite annoying. Had to put a pillow against it to block it out. The mini fridge sometimes made some loud noises in the night as well.

We were very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, bed was firm but comfortable..staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. BUT READ THIS... We booked a taxi through Hotel Flamenco, our driver was prompt. When we exited the taxi we FORGOT A BAG with an expensive camera and our PASSPORT!!! We paniced and immediately called Hotel Flamencos, they said they would check and in 15 minutes the taxi driver returned to the bus station with the bag intact and in hand....had we not had Hotel Flamencos help and honesty this would never have been possible...thank you, thank you
