Very smart room design and details. Love the setup of two luggage tables to spread two suitcases. One power outlet is universal. Clean and nice location. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

At 9 am the cleaning lady knocked and said "buenos dias como esta". I was sleeping in but rose to open the door. However when I opened the door she proceeded to the next room and did the same thing again. After I put up the do not disturb card and went back to bed, I heard her knocking on every door in the row and said "buenos dias como esta" to every single one. I am so confused: the hotel clearly has my record and knows I am checking out today, and check out is at 12, why does the cleaning staff need to knock on my door at 9 before I check out? I also didn't order wake up call service. I was so confused.

The staff were very, very helpful and the cleaning staff did a nice job refreshing the room every night. It was a great value for the money. Lots of hot water, good hot shower, and comfortable bed. I was very, very happy.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The room is small but cozy, and that's what I paid for. I didn't need anything big and fancy.

The hotel is located in a Plaza which is very convenient. Casa de Tońo I recommend. The amazing thing is the there is STARTBUCKS basically in the hotel. I loved my stay staff was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. The place is very clean, convenient location and affordable.

This will be that the mattress was a bit too firm for my personal liking.

Breakfast was excellent choices, the guy at the front desk Isai was very helpful and the whole staff was very pleasant to deal with.

location wasn't that great because of the lack of good places to eat, only a mexican food restaurant that was not the better one and a wing place on the plaza.

located near a plaza with Starbucks and restaurants. check in took so long.. waited the first time for 20 minutes but they had no rooms available yet. then I came back when they told me and waited another 20 minutes to get my keys.

Breakfast was nothing special but at least there was something. coffee not so good. water in the vending machines is PRICEY.

- Good location: near a small mall with some services (starbuck, foods, ...), very near metrobus station for going to downtown, kind personnel, not far from the norte bus station (I went there 20minutes by walk from the hotel to take a bus for Teotihuacan) - Availability of parking at the mall nearby the hotel (needs to inform the hotel) - Near a bank (5minutes walk) for money exchange

The cooling system in my room was noisy when used during the night. The room heats quickly when the cooler is turned off. Probably an old version of cooling system.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, new amenities, delicious breakfast (included), and super convenient location (right next to the mall and supermarket and close to La Raza metro station!)

Wall isn't soundproof. Could hear sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Had earplugs with me, which helps a lot!

on night we arrived back at 1am and the person in the front desk was a little rude. The hotel offers 24hrs coffee self service coffee, we ask on how to use the machine and he didn’t help us.
