Although Bistro, the hotel’s only restaurant open to all customers, offers very good service, the menu is limited to mostly Italian-inspired food. Compared to other Camino Real hotels in Mexico, they do not offer service to all guests at La Huerta, the Mexican restaurant, which national & international travellers would take for granted in a Camino Real Hotel (La Huerta is reserved for special groups only). A simple solution would be to combine the menus of both restaurants and offer them in Bistro. A broader menu available in Bistro would attract more customers and retain those guests who would otherwise lunch/dine somewhere else Mexican cuisine.

Reception and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel restaurant offers a very limited menu and the food was horrible and expensive. We ate there several times because it was convenient but some of the food was inedible. French onion soup tasted like pure vinegar!

Room cleaning could improve, water pressure wasn't good, some in room amenities were missing and delivered upon request (coffee maker, hair dryer)

I loved the Continental Breakfast. The service was very good, room was clean, staff was polite, friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Dinner was a bit pricey.

Our room was great, spacious and quiet even though it was next to a busy street. The bed was very comfortable and our room view was amazing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

The woman who checked us in seemed to have an attitude (I didn't get her name), she was not friendly or welcoming for being front desk staff, but other than her, everyone else was friendly and attentive.

The hotel was clean, staff very helpful and friendly and was in a safe area. The Bistro offered a fabulous breakfast in a spacious dining room where you could go and relax morning noon and night.

Our room was very spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The bed was a little to hard for me and the furniture was old and tired.

The bathroom is nice and in good condition. The menu and quality of the food in the restaurant are very good. The service attitude of all the personnel at the hotel is excellent.

The pillows are a little lumpy. The bed's comforter needs to be cleaned.

great location and very nice value for money for the room

the restaurant staff and quality is suboptimal. the waitress attitude a shame and I asked for the restaurant manager and couldn’t be found for a long time. Pastries ran out half morning and couldn’t cook a fried egg properly. Disgraceful.

The cost of the parking lot besides that it was not working properly so I got late to my meetings. Also there was no hair dryer in the room but the traces in the wall showed that there used to be one. I called the front desk and someone brought one to my room.

the plumbing is a bit old: first night my room had a afoul sewer smell coming from the w sewer and the toilet always was hard to flush all the way. one night it clogged and someone had to unclog it instead of just sending me a plunger which was embarrassing.
