Beautiful hotel, did I say modern? Up to date fixtures, styling and materials. Staff was very helpful, friendly.
This is NOT against the hotel, but using CarPlay and searching for Sara n hotel my map showed the location, but with large red letters "Permanently Closed"! And it would not complete the search, nor show directions to the hotel!

The we have to paid for a parking lot and also the we don’t have a little refrigerator, other than that everything was super good, love it there people and the facilities are amazing, thank you for built a place like that in Zapotlanejo.

It would have been better to book it directly with hotel cuz I booked other rooms before this one for much less .... looks like Booking.com charge a fee witch cost me more.... O well that's how you learn your mistakes....

I loved our stay here the only exception was our room key kept disconnecting after the 2nd day and we had to keep going to the lobby in order to get in our room and get our key programmed again.

Location was a short 3 minute walk from the main plaza. Cute coffee shop at downstairs entrance. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and willing to help. Lobby area was constantly being cleaned. Room was updated and comfortable.

Se think the Pay is a little too high for the hotel not to have any breakfast services. Also, the rooms need a fridge and a microwave for one services

The hotel was new and the staff were very attentive.
Beds were too hard and walls were thin. You could hear people talking in the hall and even a bird on the balcony sounded like he was in the room.
