The attention from the front desk staff was outstanding. Both Alfonso and Andres were extremely helpful with any request and concern. They made sure I was comfortable and followed up on everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel for any type of traveler. The location is perfect as there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. They also have a work/conference room with table and chairs and a great rooftop balcony with comfortable chairs. The restaurant upstairs is also a great convenience and I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh tuna toast I ordered. Simply delicious!

Not related to the hotel itself but the restaurant needs a cappuccino / espresso machine.

The Hotel is located in one of the busy areas in the night, so for us was an excellent choice, there were restaurants bars and night clubs just by walk. The room is very spacious and comfortable, definitely for couples. Personnel was really helpful, and they give you always some advice to go around the city.

In general everything was OK, Just wanted to have more water in the room, we were only provided with 2 bottles the first day and then nothing, we asked to the front desk, and they brought more, but I think they should leave more in the room every day.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Starting from the moment we arrived HOURS before check-in, the young woman at the front desk (Eliana or Ileana.. something like that) was incredibly kind and helpful, allowing us to store our bags there while we walked around. Furthermore, giving me the wifi password and allowing me to sit down and work all afternoon. The restaurant staff were incredibly kind and helpful... I wanted a specific drink (at noon,) they usually begin serving drinks at 2:00 and they didn't have what I was wanting (Baileys to add to an espresso) so they kindly helped me figure out a good substitute! We were in Guadalajara so my partner could visit the consulate in order to interview for his US tourist visa. This hotel is in a perfect location, just a 7ish minute walk. Furthermore, anything you could need is just a few steps away whether that be tacos, cafés, restaurants, bars, stores, etc..... We will definitely be back! In fact, we are booking our next stay right now, which is why I was reminded to do this review. Overall, highly recommend.

Unfortunately there is one thing that I do not like about this hotel and that is the lack of lighting!!! During the day it is not a problem but at nighttime it is extremely dark with only a few lamps available in the room. For me, it was a bother, although my partner didn't care. I guess it's just a matter of personal preference. Due to everything else about the hotel being top-notch, I would still highly recommend staying here!

The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in a long time. The room size was spacious and huge. It had a very modern set up with electronic lock and doorbell. The bathroom was clean, though we did get a chuckle out of the aquarium style shower that is pretty much the center of the room. And it lights up from inside, so your partner will get a show hahaha. Not sure if all the rooms are light that. I had thought it was more of a business hotel, and less of a "love" hotel that the name implies. But honestly the set up does seem like more of a romantic hotel. Regardless, for the price is definitely stay again. The area is one of the funnest in all of Guadalajara. Definitely try out Hudson's across the street which had all you can drink and other cool promotions.

The room was so hot when we first walked in because the AC was off and the curtains were open. Because the sun hits the windows it creates a magnifying effect and the room was boiling. We immediately closed the curtains and blasted the AC. It took a few hours but it was comfortable afterwards.

Great location, I needed an hotel near to American Consulate and this one was just 5 blocks away (10 minutes walking), the surrounding area have vast offer for restaurants and bars if you want to go out for dinner or just some drinks.

The Shower! It's outside the bathroom, the glass has an area that partially covered the view for the person inside the shower. If you need to get undressed, there's a mirror that reflect you to persons in bed. I wouldn't have any problem if I traveled only with my wife, but we were there with our kid, so we had to make additional efforts to don't expose us while taking a shower to the kid. The IWiFi coverage was not the best (At least in our room)

Location. Room.

Food quality must improve. Quality of the ingredients do not match the fancy description in the menu. Gym station and other machine were both broken. The knob to use the hand shower in the tube was loose not allowing the hand shower to be used.

the room concept is a little different to what we are used to but its comfy.

the AC unit seemed to need maintenance and it was noisy, so much so that it was difficult to sleep at some times, my wife sure couldnt. Other than that it was a very nice place. Oh they charge extra for parking but don't tell you until you check out.

the facilities are great. it’s probably more of a business hotel but can’t fault the room and the shower in particular was fantastic. it’s opposite some night spots but noise wasn’t an issue

the staff with the exception of Ivan were all pretty uninterested. I wouldn’t say anyone else made us feel in any way welcome

the location was perfect. I’m a safe and lovely part of GDL. it’s good value for money - I had a suite which was worth the small extra. breakfast is excellent and well priced

at night the room was dark - the lightbulbs were just not bright enough to illuminate the room. a simple thing to change. I had to use my phone light at times

Great location and nice rooms, a lot of restaurants near to the hotel, the breakfast included it was delicious and staff is very proactive and nice

Pillows are too big and there is not enough light, probably a lamp with more intensity will be helpful
