Clean and well-designed new-ish small hotel. Centrally-located close enough to the beach on the primary street serving the Playa La Ropa area. It was very clean and the ever-present staff was very kind and professional. Overall, a nice + quiet + secure + very functional feel. We would both recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

The 2 bed units do not have an outdoor area/deck, which we did not pick up on when booking...though that's all they had available anyway. Feels like sort of an odd design choice. Visiting in January as we did (when the weather is "cool"), we'd have liked to have had one to relax al fresco. Our bad, but something to keep in mind when selecting your room.

This place is a real gem. Behind a somewhat nondescript entrance is a very stylish and comfortable hotel, a short walk to the the nicest beach, La Ropa. The rooms are spacious and well set up, comfortable beds etc. The pool is a big plus and the pool area is nicer than the pictures show. The staff is excellent and very helpful. No breakfast at the hotel but two very nice places basically across the street. Easy transportation into town by taxi or combi. No car necessary.

this place is short walk to the beach, multiple restaurants, an oxxo and easy to catch a taxi or bus from. place is quiet and small. kitchen is large and room is large with everything you could ask for. staff is very helpful and very friendly.

only thing that could have made this better is a gym, but they did not advertise one so this can't be held against them. overall an excellent stay for the price

The hotel is small and charming with a small convenience store nearby. Restaurant with delicious food across the street. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The beach is a walk away from the hotel, which made it possible to take morning strolls. We’re very appreciative of our time at Zihuatanejo. Very safe and gorgeous location.

We liked everything.

The hotel was in a great location, about a 5 minute walk to La Ropa beach near La Perla restaurant. There is an Oxxo on the same block and 2 delicious restaurants next door, Jungle Pizza and Adelitas. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool was nice, pool towels available upon request. The rooms are spacious, the hotel seems fairly new, there was a big screen TV in the bedroom and the doors and windows were all new. Also, I felt safe as the front doors were always locked and there is someone here at night for any emergency. It is a great bargain for the location and cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. I would stay here again.

There were some problems with insects getting into the room but, we are in a somewhat wild area so, I wasn’t surprised. Also, I noticed the maintenance man spraying insecticide around the property in the evening so, it isn’t something that they aren’t attending to.

misrepresented on booking website as we arrived a beautiful room with no balcony or terrace as stated // They did their best as we moved rooms 3 times and got a kitchen unit in the end which was lovely

The staff are lovely and the hotel was very well maintained. Our room was very spacious and included a full kitchen was was perfect. even better - the hotel was quite quiet so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The pool is well maintained. Everything was either walking distance or a short bus/taxi ride into town or other beaches. Plus the wifi was perfect!

Needs some pictures on the walls to make it more inviting Bathroom taps need to be replaced It’s always good to keep up on appearances and not let things get run down. would be nice to have a bbq included with the table setting by the pool. also a few mor lounge chairs would be great.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room itself a pretty good size. The location is also pretty conveniently located close to Playa La Ropa as well as some great cafes and restaurants.

The beds only have a sheet and no comforter. Also taxi drivers are not very familiar with this hotel.

Great location and Value for the price. Isabella and Juan were very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Don’t hesitate to book a room here and experience it for yourself.

More coffee in the room. Loved the Nespresso coffeemaker setup, but would have enjoyed a restock of coffee pods during room cleaning.
