Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa, A La Carte All Inclusive Optional

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great as had everything you needed and they were able to give us a kettle on request. Bathroom was nice and big. There was great security at the front and back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the marina and nice cocktails at the pool. Close walking distance to marina for tours, restaurants and shops (ie large grocery store)to buy food. Bit more of a walk to El Medano beach - flat walk along the marina).

Beds are a little high off the ground. This place was a little quiet for my teenage kids - not sure if this was due to the time of year or this particular location. Obviously this is ok if you like quiet.

The property was even better than the pictures! super clean, all inclusive food was actual restaurants, and location was super safe and walkable to everything.

They over booked us and tried to love us to the sister property, but we had everything planned from that location. They tried to make it like it was a positive because of their mess up. They told us since we did it through booking.com that it did not matter as much. After complaining, the manager let us stay in our intended room.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Walking distance to the beach and the marina.

The pizza restaurant affiliated with the hotel (Presto Pizza) would advertise daily specials for the next day. For example…on Monday they had a sign advertising 2 for 1 pizza on Tuesday. We came back on Tuesday and the sign was gone and there was no 2 for 1. Next day…a sign was posted saying 2 for 1 pasta on Thursday. We came back on Thursday and there was no sign and no special. I am surprised this hotel would allow this deceiving advertising. A big scam.

The hotel ans staff were great. But the personnel in your lobby which talked us into the time share ruined half a day of our vacation. They said we would be there for a 90 minute sales pitch. Wrong...we were gone 4.5 hours wirh rude people trying to keep you there and waist our time. Lusida was the worst. She drove my wife to a fit and caused a yelling event. Terrible, rude sales person. This was one of the worst things we have encountered.

I thought the suite pictures shown while making online reservations were very misleading. They showed a separate breakfast area but after you complete the reservation it showed the actual room we got.

The view from our balcony was beautiful! We enjoyed our massages at the spa and time by the pool!

After our stay, we were later charged for the water bottles that were in our room fridge and we thought those were complimentary. It would have been good to know ahead that those were extra. We were not happy that we paid $3 per bottle as that adds up quickly.

The location was great! was in the Marina close to the main beach, restaurants and nightlife. was able to walk to all of those locations within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel pool was clean but not much excitement at the pool unless you are of the age of 40-70.

Did not like the check-in process of trying to sell time-shares. I would recommend that you skip the intro free breakfast because its will waste your time. You will be able to get the same deals on excursions if you do your research in advance online.

The location was right in the middle of everything so you could walk to everywhere.

The all-inclusive option. The breakfast buffet was cold unless you got a made to order omelette. The included restaurants limited the better foods on the menu plus the weren’t best restaurants. The exception to that was Los Deseos which was excellent!

The Marina Fiesta is conveniently located, as the name implies, in the heart of the Marina district. We were able to walk to all of the great restaurants and shops in the area quite easily. The pool with swim up bar is wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Our junior suite was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Our assigned room wasn’t ready at the designated check in time, but the staff quickly switched us to one that was. The coffee maker in our unit was unacceptable. It made one cup at a time and took forever to brew. No bueno! The lighting in the bathroom is really bad, especially for women trying to do their hair and makeup.

Breakfast was good but pretty much the same choices everyday, which is ok for a few days. 99% of the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Our room (#422) always smelled when you first entered - either a bit of a sewer smell or a bit moldy in the closet area where there was a "damp rid" container so I am sure it was circulation - did not always have the a/c on or windows open. Bathrooms are a bit small to move around and something I always have trouble with - not enough hooks or racks to hang towels or clothes. I was surprised there was a charge to use the coffee in the room, which was not good - coffee in the buffet was great! Kitchenette was kind of a joke - you have 2 burners but NO counter space in the event you did want to cook something - would be very tough. Lamps are VERY bright (LED). All in all just minor complaints but overall a good value and great location for the price...the street vendors and in the marina will wear you out though!

On our first day that’s what we experienced. We are from California. It was a short trip for us. Women at front desk (not reception. More like the person who wants to take you to timeshare presentation) was talking about Canadians (negatively). We had to stop her on her tracks. You see my daughter married a Canadian and most if not ALL are kind polite and generous people. The other staff was excellent Waiters excellent. Buffet employees excellent. Cleaning staff excellent. But when the SkyBar was playing country music… No no no. I didn’t fly to Cano to hear that music.

The property was clean, Beds were not 100% comfortable but not enough to complain about it. It was okay.
