Four Points by Sheraton Puchong

I was not too happy with the lukewarm friendliness and service of the Reception. I was especially not happy that the exit to the car park was shut and I had to drive around the car park trying to leave the premise and almost missed my appointment. I am now giving high ratings to the hotel because of a Housekeeping staff by the name of Ms. Arifah. Not only was she pleasant when she came to make our room daily. She had written us a polite and caring note which she had left on top of the shoe boxes we had left next to the bin. In case, we did not mean to have them thrown. Her note: Dear all, If you would like to throw away these boxes, you may leave it outside. I'll collect it later. Have a nice day (with a smiley face). Yours sincerely, ARIFAH HK staff. That note made my day.

Reception staffs. Double charged me for my room. When I check out, I was not aware that my debit card or savings account, was already charged AUD 700+, which was only supposed to be used as security despite me telling the reception I will use another alternative to settle the room charges, as I had brought excess cash. So during check out, I was billed RM1,775 which I had paid with my other credit card. If I had not checked my debit card or savings account, I would have paid Rm4,100 + for 5 nights stay. I am not happy of the hassle and discomfort I have with the hotel.

I enjoyed the almond croissant at breakfast but they changed it the next day. I requested for it and was delighted it was served the following 2 mornings. It may seem like a small matter to some but to me, the willingness to accede to this small request can go a long way in making someone feel happy and ready for the day.

Coffee machine not working so well in Lobby Cafe - Cappuccino and Latte needs 'serious' improvement as the milk in either drinks is cold!

The location is great, everything that you need is nearby.

I stay here every time I come to Malaysia. But every time, I have the same impression: The staff doesn't have the same quality. Some staff are very welcoming, some are very rough and not customer oriented. It shows that the management doesn't train them properly. It needs to get improved!

Room's cleanliness and the service was excellent. Great location and value for money. Buffet breakfast has great variety.

1. The lighting in the room not bright. 2. Kindly check the comforter before release the room to the front office. The comforter was prickly and not smooth on top when we sat on the bed. 3. Buffet breakfast - curry chicken was over cooked, sambal was too watery, vadai was stiff, danish pastry not crisp and the strawberry yoghurt doesn't look fresh (surface of the yoghurt was dried).

The F&B staff was courteous. I would like to mention the name of "Junior" who was an intern in F&B for his hospitality. He took very good care. Exceptional work Junior. Keep it up. I wish you the best for your future.

Not enough platter of Indian foods at the breakfast. Everyday it was the same idli and vada.

Breakfast spread was good. The staff in the restaurant were very service oriented and kind.

It would be convenient if the warshroom had a facility to plug in the trimmer. At check in, when asked for a tourist tax payment + a refundable deposit, may inconveneince foreign travellers, rather it could be added at the time of booking to the hotel payment if really required.

I really liked everything about this hotel, location, very helpful staff, good facilities and restaurant. Good size bedroom with big comfortable bed and pillows, a big bathroom with an excellent shower. WiFi was good throughout the hotel, the food in the hotel is excellent, breakfast was exceptional! There is nothing negative to say about this hotel at all, I would definitely recommend.

Breakfast spread was amazing- lots to choose from. Room was spacious, the King bed fitted all of us comfortably (we have 2 toddlers). Bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash that you pump from the wall (not in the little bottle kind), I find this a bonus coz its definitely easier to use. Staff were very attentive, specifically Fathin at the front desk, she was very informative and pleasant in character. Thankyou Fathin for making our stay a fantastic one!

Sambal of the nasi lemak needs a little tweek in the recipe.

checking in was a breeze.Staff very polite and welcoming.Room was spacious and beyond my expectation.Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean.Room service was great and the food were surprisingly very delicious!

The ambience at the parking level somehow felt deserted.Quite scary for a lone traveller. The room lighting I felt was inadequate. It was dark in the bedroom and the large mirror was not really useful while prepping for a dinner do as I couldnt see details of my make up etc. The view from my room was the highway and some factories..not quite something to enjoy and behold. The price could have been a little lower

told that points will be added to marriot bonvoy membership , Stayed almost a week . Few days later supervisor says cant be added as it was done through booking ,very disappointing . Water leaks through , there is no shower door shield to stop water from leaking out . have stayed in 2 different rooms , all the same . c/o at reception, but still the same / no action taken . I dont think they understood my point. I Too busy to deal with this.
