Arenaa Deluxe Hotel

I like the comfortable bed and the cozy feeling of the room. The bathroom is very clean and the I love the view from the balcony. This is my forth time staying here and it's always at the top of my list.

I didn't like that there was not enough parking. Travelling with an elderly mother I would have appreciated if there was a parking reserved. I honestly don't mind paying for it. There are 2 handicapped parking but it was occupied by guest that clearly were not handicap or had elderly parents.

Areena Deluxe is always my first choice whenever I visit my hometown in Malacca. I have recommended it to my whole family and friends. This trip my brother and his family stayed there too and they had a good experience. ☺️👍 We arrived at the hotel early and the staff was very friendly and let us check in immediately because we needed to get ready to attend a wedding reception. We got 3 rooms and the staff was so thoughtful to put us all on the same floor and our rooms close by. 😘 Even though parking was limited but they always have parking for disabled people. Travelling with an elderly person for me is an essential and it's so convenient to have a parking space right in front of the hotel. As always I love staying here and I highly recommend others to experience it as well.

There was nothing that I didn't like about my stay at the hotel.

It is a great experience staying at this hotel. Its near to everything and the city too just 5km from the hotel. Even though the parking is limited but they have alternative parking lot to park our car. The room is nice and cozy. And all their staff is friendly. It is worth the money. There are plenty of restaurant near the hotel and it is even beside the Perhentian Kuih Kampung Restoran. However, if you want to feel a Kampung Vibe, you can walk to the left about 100 m and cross the road and eat at Warung Nasi Lemak Cafe Ujong Pasir. The Nasi lemak and Roti Canai is to die for. we love all their food.

Furnishings of property is estatic & nice. Family room is spacious with a balcony, which is nice. The bed & pillows are superb!! Just feels like lazing around in bed, super comfortable. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Checked in very late at night & taking pictures at lobby. Staffs turned on more lightings for us to take for more better lighted pictures.

Perhaps hotel lobby can use a more refreshing air freshener to vibe up & lobby surroundings. Carpark is limited. My husband has to park bit further & walk back to hotel

1) Good friendly as usual. Management to Review: Looking forward to your resumption of daily breakfast. Missed the simple but enjoyable spread, and staffs greeting in serving

1) Shower water pressure is erratic throughout entire bath session. Basin tap too. May be your water pump issue. Similar to baths at other rooms as highlighted previously. 2) Room lights need to be made brighter as highlighted previously too. Too dim for any reading. 3) Open air car park and guard house needs an upgrade /resurfacing and sprucing up of surrounding. Not presentable. Also should be manned all times to prevent outsiders parking. Have a good Private Parking Only signage.

The internet is great to work. There's lots of space in the lobby to work. There's a restaurant next to and in front of the hotel with delicious and cheap food.

We first booked a room that was very small and it had a terrible cigarette smell. The receptionist changed our room for a bigger one, but the bed sheets still had a bad smoking smell. People cannot smoke in the premises, but it is obvious that some do and the smell cannot be removed from the rooms.

I love Arenaa Deluxe Hotel and recommend all my family and friends to stay here whenever they visit Malacca. This is the 5th time I stayed here. I always travel with my elderly mother, so convenience and comfort is my number 1 priority and I always get that here. The staff is very friendly, soft-spoken and helpful. The room is always clean and the bed is so comfortable. Even the smallest room has a mini fridge which is nice to keep cool beverages. The view from the balcony is lovely. The parking is always first come first serve but there has been few occasions where parking was fully occupied but the staff allowed me to park infront of the hotel for the convenience of my elderly mother. I truly appreciate the gesture and how understanding the staff is, it's the main reason why I keep coming back to this hotel. To the hotel management and staff keep up the good work!! 👍

There was no floor towel for the bathroom, I had to call the reception to ask for one. I didn't realize there was no remote control for the TV in the room until the following day.

Beautifully decorated, neighbouring to the most famous Melaka Popiah and good restaurant right across the hotel. Lobby and hallways are clean and nice to hang around. Decent tv channels. Complimentary coffe and tea plus mineral water.

My bed sagging on the left side at the feet area. Even though the aircond is working but setting at 24⁰ whole night but did not get the desired tempreture.. the aircond unit itself is missing many part....

I traveled with my elderly mother. I liked how friendly, helpful and efficient the staff is. They were very kind and considerate towards her. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like that every time I stay at Areena Deluxe Hotel, it's always a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Melaka. 👍
