location is convenient to all places.

a bit disappointed on the breakfast as it wasn't buffet. It should be indicated on the apps that breakfast is ala carte. I wouldn't pay for the breakfast if is ala carte. Feel like being con into paying the breakfast, and I couldn't enjoy it.

-1 need to pay rm15 per nite parking. though nearby, its seperate from hotel & open air. hassle when rains. -1 no robes, sandals. extra charges for toothpaste & toothbrush ?? 😒 these had lessen its value -1 lighting. no options for brighter lighting to read or see properly when dressing up -1 service. asked for help to bring our stuff down. said will do but waited for 10 minutes & didint arrive but they were apologetic.

staffs were outstanding from the reception, at the restaurant and housekeeping. super convenient location very clean room

no hose pipe in toilet. this is big issue. no mug/glass tea making facility in the room, iron need to be requested and limited time usage. no toothbrush/slippers.

Room was beautiful. Cosy. Loved the refill water feature and the quality of the toiletries. Location is fun and convenient. Parking is also very pleasant. Many amenities and eateries were walking distance so it was convenient and great.

The lobby can get noisy and packed when there are check-ins and some guests don't know how to give others space. The eatery can also get pretty packed and noisy during dinner. We ate elsewhere. The window to our room could be cleaner. There could be more toilet paper ready so we don't have to go asking. Lacking in coffee and tea making amenities.

The bed is super comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

There is no bidet in the bathroom and there a need to request for iron each time i need to use it.

Good location, good food.

No desk/table to work in the room, the rooms are a bit crammed. Sink in the room / would prefer in the bathroom, music a bit loud at times in the eating area Had to change arrangements for colleagues and realized that Booking.com is totally unflexible in this regard. Polite staff and helpful, but the saga of calling Booking.com then the hotel then booking.com is ridiculous. As a client, we have to suffer the commercial arrangement between booking.com which wants to control everything, and the hotel staff that refers back to booking.com because they cannot change anything. Not an issue with the hotel, but booking.com

Very nice hotel. Felt safe, secure and comfortable. Easy to get to from airport. Take Express Train to Stesen Sentral (Central Station). Walk over to Nu Sentral mall (literally next door). Take the Green monorail line to Medan Tuanku. Use the skywalk going north to find hotel - 5 mins walk max. Only recommendation to the hotel is to increase lighting on stairs. When lift is in demand, taking stairs can be necessary. Restaurant is great. Definitely add breakfast to your reservation. Try the fish and chips for a nice surprise (for presentation extra marks).

Improve lighting on stairs.

1. Location is centrally located. There are a lot of local eateries around the area and a train station is nearby. 2. Interior decor is beautiful, it’s like I was transported back in time. 3. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. 4. Ordered room service (nasi lemak) and it was amazing.

1. Upon checking in, I noticed that the room I got did not match with the photos on booking.com for King Den (sink inside bathroom). It looked more like The Den, the sink was outside the bathroom with musty smell and I didnt like this. So I went to the reception and luckily the receptionist (young chinese boy with glasses) was very accommodating, admitted their mistake & proceeded to giving us an upgrade to The Towkey Room. Thank you so much for this! 2. Parking space is very limited and you need to pay RM15 per stay. 3. Room service took quite a long time to answer call, so be patient.

There was always someone at reception ready to answer questions and help call for a taxi to the airport. All of the staff was helpful, kind and ready to support. The hotel is on a main road, but you don’t hear any of the noise inside. It is easy to walk around this historical area. We appreciated how easy it was to use the monorail. In room 512 there are floor to ceiling windows. One half of the windows was filled with water condensation so we couldn’t see out. When we returned for another 3 day stay in room 212, the windows were clear and easy to see out. Shower has hot water and strong water pressure. Has a shelf in bathroom and a long shelf with cupboards in sleeping area - much shelf space for items. Large soft towels. Decorated with care: curtains have fringe at bottom, lovely dark blue paint colors, light fixtures with an Asian touch - simple and classy. Dinner was well done - live violin music, quiet atmosphere, dishes that celebrate local flavor. Have a water refill station on each floor - they encourage and support reusing the water bottles they supply. Near the dining area there are some cozy wicker chairs and couches to work digitally or just chill. We ate dinner and breakfast here - we felt the food was reasonably priced.

We were disappointed that we were not able to open windows - probably due to soundproofing. Room has space for bed and a narrow walkway - not spacious, but comfortable.

This is our second stay. We really love this place. It is stylish and very clean. The bathing products are good. The bed is very comfortable. Nearby there are subway station, restaurants and convenient shop. The famous Chow Kit wet market is just fifteen minutes walking distance. Downstairs there is a modern and good restaurant which is also owned by Ormond. They have good coffee! Across the street there is a public laundry shop so it is very convenient for those who wish to stay longer.

It will be perfect if indoor slippers and laundry room are provided.
