hotel dont hv their own cafe, even got many restaurant nearby but did not open early in the morning for breakfast. Door do not close quietly, morning can hear noise of the door from neighbor.

The place itself its very beautiful. I love it so much ! And yes the staff right there is just super friendly and ready to assist you at anytime. Love the interior of the hotel and the parking lots , my goodness , this place literally eliminates all my worries. The parking is spacious and it has a lot of floor in it , so you dont have to worry about it at all , you will definitely get the parking lot for yourself ! The room itself its just amazing , a big applause to this hotel !

🌹2 comfy queen bed with comfy pillow 🌹breakfast - got coffee, tea, juice, nasi lemak, bihun goreng, potato wedges, sausage, bread (kaya & butter), cereal with fresh milk, fruits, cakes, jelly, mushroom soup, porridge with condiments - nasi lemak very wangi & berlemak which is the real nasi lemak - mushroom soup sedap, my kids like it i’m enjoyed the breakfast 🌹 friendly staff 🌹 nice decoration

🎈got free parking but in different building in front of hotel — valet parking is RM20 (can use until u check out) 🎈room not soundproofing..can hear sounds from others room

Spacious room with good amenities. The location set up is interesting especially during night time. It's located in an outskirts area yet is closed enough to Bangi Seksyen 9 shopping center 😊. The room itself is well furnished and maintained with good internet reception. Comfortable 👍

Lobby area and corridor leading to the room could be better maintained 🥴. The room is definitely not sound proof 😳. Children running along the corridor and shouting around could be heard early in the morning ☹.

The hotel executed a well-organized arrangement and its facilities were more than adequate. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, offering convenient access to the theme park and a variety of quality food and beverage establishments, where the parking was hassle-free.

The provided prayer rugs do not align with the hotel's prestigious reputation; they appear to be of lower quality, more akin to foot wipes.

The standard room is spacious. Because its kind like a new hotel so everything is still relevant and furniture bed are all clean and free from any bad odor. Toilet is clean. The hotel decoration is beautiful. Just limited choice of breakfast… by the time i was came down for breakfast, most of the foods were already about to finished.

The breakfast

It was good location and room was clean and comfy. One of the few hotels offering a family room that is actually quite spacious.

1. Parking was not free. We had either choice of valet parking or park at the multi storey car park with a touch n go card. Walk to multi storey is about 5 mins so not exactly convenient 2. Our room bathroom bin was filled with water when we got there so we could not use that bin.

All are is exceed from expected, beds are in Queen/Twin bed cause it was bigger than a single bed. The room is also big and spacious can accommodate around 4 people.

Car Parking needs to improve cause since RFID was implemented TnGo has seldom been Top-up considering we are from Penang where TnGo is not often being used as KL or Selangor. So I have to spend RM24 for parking due to using Debit-Card which can not be claimed from the Hotel. The hotel should provide a TnGo kiosk for reloading the Credit in the TnGo to ease people to top up. Do not say in the advertisement that's free parking is available.

The bed was big. They give a queen bed for a person. So when we book a room for 2 people, we got 2 queen bed. The room and toilet clean. They have a small Sofa inside the room. I don't have high expectations on the room view but we got a room facing sunrise and the view was nice! Easy to get food, there's a lot of restaurants nearby. Love the hotel decoration. There's iron provided outside room for public use. Easy parking and it's free. Staff were helpful.

The parking lot is far from room.

room are spacious with twin large bed. free parking are available on next building. breakfast are so-so but still delicious for me. location is next to Bangi wonderland theme park. my family enjoy staying here for 2 nights.

initially unable to connect with hotel wifi. on next day, able to connect but connection no so good.
