Hotel Vaduzerhof by b-smart

The hotel provided us with an amazing view of the castle in Vaduz, I really can’t stress this enough! it’s perfectly situated in the city centre where you want to be, the facilities were soo good, a spa included in the price as well as a fantastic breakfast. Also the room it self had such comfortable beds, with the softest cotton sheets.

We couldn’t find any staff, not a single person. and we were not alone, we know that rooms were being cleaned but we never found the staff themselves, and at the breakfast we wanted to ask about the food (we had a member of our group had food allergies), but again no staff, not even in the back room in the kitchen. I do appreciate the ability to check in at any time with the automated system, but as another person said to me what if there was an issue that required the help of a staff member? and you couldn’t call them?

A new style in how a hotel works. Reception is a self serve computer screen. It was easy to use. Had good instructions. it did payments receipts and keycards. so full automation. Only saw the housekeeping and the Breakfast attendant so not much interaction with employees. but they were cordial. The room was huge! fully automated and the bathe room large as well. full walk in shower. extremely quite. definitely had loads of soundproofing done during construction. Clean would be an understatement was the condition of the room and bath. You will be minutes walk from all the site seeing and restaurants that you can handle.

Only negative to not having a reception staff is that when it is time to go it was difficult to get a ride to the train station. They had two cards on the wall, a yellow one which said the number was unassigned and a black one (Uber like service) that said they were completely booked for that day. I would suggest that they get a phone with a direct dial button to a local cab company or get one of those small credit card looking machines that hotels use to order a cab.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Vaduz, it has a free private parking, and self-check in procedure, which are both very convenient. The decoration of hotel is modern and simple. The room we stayed was comfortable. Classic buffet breakfast.

The room temperature was a bit low (18 degrees), probably to reduce energy consumption, and could not be controlled, so it was quite cold in the room.

There are not many hotels in Vaduz. It is at the centre at the pedestrian zone. Easy walking to everything in Vaduz. Close to the bus stop from Buchs Station. The staffing is fully computerised. Except for breakfast and cleaning. To access use the computer screens. Good sized room. Comfortable..

Everything in Vaduz is expensive. So don't expect any bargains. It is value for money at Vaduz levels! And comfortable

Bed was very comfortable and room had a small private balcony. The hotel had a nice outside area with tables and chairs to socialise in. Hotel had a self check in which was very easy to use and quick. Breakfast had a good range of options and all very tasty.

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. A fridge would have been handy during our stay as the weather was very hot.

Self check-in instructions were easy to follow and the location is perfect for seeing the historic sites, access to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking thru the town and hiking up to the castle. Comfortable beds and a/c flooring which kept the room comfortable. Breakfast was nice with choices to get you started for the day. Very quiet location and would stay here again when visiting Vaduz.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Vaduz. Comfortable room/beds, very nice and spacious bathroom. Good breakfast spread. We didn't have time to use it but there is nice terrace where you can sit and eat or have a drink. Nothing not to like!

The fact that there is a self check in system and no staff in sight is strange, but the check in process was easy and fast. The only issue would be if you have lots of questions or need recommendations for sights/restaurants etc, then there is no one to ask

Very good location in Vaduz town centre, but just far enough away to not be noisy. Good base for exploring the area. Room clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. Breakfast perfectly fine, and luggage storage in lockers was very useful on morning of checkout.

I mean, it's expensive, but then so is everything denominated in CHF. I'm not convinced there are too many decent budget-friendly options in Vaduz!

Fully automated check-in and check-out. Good size room, great bathroom and shower. Free breakfast buffet included. A good number of English channels on TV, infact many different languages such as Italian, French, Turkish etc. Windows that open different ways with inbuilt blinds operable by switches. Right in the center of town. Free parking.

No AC, they said due to the city ordinance.

I appreciated the wonderful mattress and the spacious bed as well as the view towards the castle - beautiful and also very quiet compared to the other side of the building. There were also enough parking spaces thank goodness! Also like the uncomplicated check-in/check-out.

Upon arriving, I had to wait for three French gentlemen to finally understand how the simple check-in terminal works. They had been trying for over ten minutes. They let me go first before the third gentlemen gave it a try. I did my check-in within 3minutes!! Perhaps it would be good to have more than one check-in terminal available (for those who are in a rush like me).
