Gems Hotel

Excellent location near to most tourist attractions and there are plenty of local shops,resturants at the doorstep. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded my room on arrival. The hotel is spotlessly clean.

The breakfast was just the basic, expected more options and varieties from day to day. A good cup of tea with breakfast is probably an essential start of the day to most Arabs.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the evening shift in particular, going out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. They even gave us an upgrade to a larger room when we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice, clean and the stay was great, i liked the suite space it was big enough for 2 Adults i booked Ivory suite, so the living room and kitchenette was great for long stay, in addition the 24 hrs electricity was big advantage now a days, it’s in the heart on Al Hamra area so all shopping, restaurants, pubs and cafes around you so it was good stay for me.

On the other hand, despite the nice location and clean hotel, but there is always something make your stay uncomfortable, there are 3 pubs just in front of the hotel, and they stay late with loud music all night, so if you are planning to sleep early and wake early This is not the right hotel for you. Also the breakfast, although, they serve it in my room because I have suite, but the food variety was limited. In general the hotel was great for the value and location and my bad comments could be not that important. I recommend this hotel all the time, and my next visit will be for sure at GEMS

The room was comfortable with handy equipments, was upgraded to suit by Karmen (BIG Thanks) and the rest of the staff; I am writing this late and forgot the names (sorry guys). Looking forward our next visit :)

Nothing was wrong - wanted to stay longer, this hotel makes you feel like home.

Very central location and very good quality of the furniture, fittings etc. Very friendly staff at the reception. Ms. Inas particularly showed great hospitality and checked us in early. Furthermore we were upgraded. Ms. Inas and Ms. Layal helped us to arrange our programme in Beyrout. Mr. Tareq, the taxi driver associated with the hotel is indeed a gentleman and took us around with reasonable prices.

Location, clean , breakfast, comfortable bed I got an upgrade to a nice suit for free☺️ The lady in the reception was really nice and smiling the whole time.

One of the receptionists was not a welcoming person, in many times he did not answer my greeting!

everything was fine the room is super and clean they upgraded us to a suite which was very nice the breakfast was served hot and fresh everyday the staff are cooperative and friendly and it’s in the middle of al hamra st which is close to everything in Beirut

Great location in the hearth of Beirut. The room is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Beirut. The staff is ready to help, all good.

Breakfast could be better, no fruits or sweet things

The location is perfect, the room was very clean, and luxurious, and the breakfast was good and has many options

The hotel refused my visa credit card because it was issued by a Lebanese bank, which has to be mentioned on the booking platforms, so as not to cause any complicated situation for the guests

They made a free upgrade and my room was big. It was a 1+1 studio with a small kitchen. It was a comfortable stay, there’s no electricity cut, the location was good, the wifi wasn’t that good but it was working
