Royal Decameron Club Caribbean Resort - ALL INCLUSIVE

The environment was welcoming and the staff members we interacted with were friendly. My husband and I liked the cottage room. It was clean, spacious, and comfy. The food was good and we had many options to choose from. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

One thing we had an issue with was the roof in our room. When it was raining parts of the roof started leaking. It wasn't a lot coming through but you could feel it and see where it is coming from.

The location is very nice and is access to the nearest town and tourist attractions.

The the property needs some modernisation eg, keyless doors, proper door shower door slides to prevent bathroom floor from wetting (room 601). Some staff at the property needs customer service training

The natural setting, I had an apple tree at the front and a mango at the back of my bungalow and there were numerous fruit trees scattered on the garden side. The staff are the friendliest I've ever experienced....I'm a customer experience manager, with over 20 years experience. These folks showed you can be "real" while being courteous and professional. Most welcomed I've ever felt as a local at a local hotel, and I normally stay at luxury hotels.

The AC placement in the room prevented proper air circulation, so only the entrance to the room was cool.

Intimate setting, 4 beach bays with beautiful white sand clear sea, centrally located main pool, main dining area, pool deck, entertainment all in the same main area. Quiet pool didn't visit, but other quests enjoyed. . 3 bars, beautiful swing bar, main bar, and second beach bar. Disco, again, great fun, bar inside the disco as well. Staff was helpful, engaging, and interactive. Really create a beautiful welcoming environment. Room, I was in the court, room 603, loved the room. Newly updated, great ac unit, mini fridge, desk, chairs. I didnt get the opportunity to view the bungalow, however; I'm sure they're beautiful! Next time for sure. Definitely returning customer, planning on revisiting at Christmas! MAY2023

Not enough food, or food selection. People just didn't get enough to eat at times.

The breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

No refrigerator was in the rooms.

The staff is very helpful, polite, courteous, there isn't much in the entertainment.However, we make due with what was offered.

My two adult daughters , myself and my grandson was in a room that was quite shabby, three beds and a table, and bathroom that was inadequate, however I decided to make the best of it..but then the AC stopped working and we given a room change..a suite which had two single beds and king size bed in the master bedroom, we enjoyed the room.Later we learned that was the Hibiscus Suite..The supervisor said those suits are limited and not advertised..now I was planning on recommending my friends to Royal Decameron but since I was informed that these suites are limited and you can only upgrade once ur there, that's really a pity..the food is awful most times..choices limited but I did find some choices to my liken

The food was excellent, especially lunch. Staff are great...especially Justin from bar, Mr. Lewis and Kemron from dinner room; they were so professional, welcoming and made our stay wonderful. I don't repeat hotels, however, my wife and I are considering to return...

The fact that Quiet Pool bar didn't open on time on Saturday and Sunday...however, it was great otherwise as the bartender made up for the late opening with the drinks. Also I was there for my birthday...which I added when I was booking, expecting to see something special...i didn't, however, my wife made reservation at Nyamings Restaurant which kind of made up for it.

Our check-in experience was excellent, thanks to Rushell and the team of bell-hops who met us at the entrance. We had dinner at the Jasmine restaurant and the food was delicious (kudos to the chef and team!) We also felt special as the host (didn't get her name) highlighted our special wedding anniversary and the guests applauded us. At the buffet we met Shanell who was also fantastic. There were a few cats but we are cat people so they didn't bother us. In fact we were fascinated by them!

The food at the buffet lacked variety when we had dinner on the 27th. But this is post pandemic so we chalked it up to the hotel not yet fully recovered. Night entertainment also needed more vibes.

No complain about Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Room facility this time around, apart from there was still a shortage of kitchen utensils on occasions. I did enjoy my stay at Royal Decameron, Runaway Bay on this occasion. Looking forward to my next visit.

It would be very appreciable that the guest rooms be inspected before they are assigned to guests, to verify that every thing is in good working order, example A/C unit, lights and light switches. This would prevent rooms that are assigned to guests eventually being discovered by guests, that items are not in working order.

Really nice staff, from the minute we checked in to when we left. The entertainment crew we brilliant.

we stayed in a chalet, the flooring in the loft room had damaged boards and the ceiling needed a good dusting. Overall the room was clean and perfect for our short stay
