Merrils Beach Resort II

The staff was the highlight for me, friendly and attentive, the menu was good but the beacon was always over done and the French toast needs some adjustments. .

It would be good to separate the smoking from non smoking , could not enjoy my balcony because everytime I went outside the person next door is puffing smoke in my direction. A wall is needed to separate the hotel from the next door property, it's a terrible sight of garbage when entering or exiting the room s on the 800 block. The cable system was bad, could not hear anything on the local network and there was no WiFi in the room.

The place could be much better with a little more attention to small details, such as picking up trash, touch up paint in the pool/ beach area, I did not get hot water in the shower Internet was not reliable and it was slow

We liked that it was on the beach. Also the rooms were large. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was very good and flavorful. There could have been more dishes to offer at dinner meal. But overall very good location.

That the meals were too similar daily. All the king size beds are up stairs.

Merrills II is an absolutely lovely property. The room was clean and spacious and all facilities worked well. They have a nice pool as well as being directly on 7 mile beach. Staff are amazing and very attentive to guests and their needs. The location is excellent as it has a large well maintained beach front and is close to all music venues and other amenities. I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone who wants a beautifully landscaped property with great food on the beach. Overall a lovely place.

The ONLY issue I could even think of is perhaps some new mattress covers to improve comfort of beds; however, i DID sleep well for the 2 1/2 weeks I stayed there.

The breakfast was wonderful and we loved the location.

I didn't like the fact that the king beds were all upstairs. But it was handled very well by the staff. We were accommodated well with a room on lower level the very next day. No problems.

The all-inclusive and amenities for the price was a great deal. All of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Beachfront, not much more you could ask for.

A couple of nights the music from adjacent properties was a little loud, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

I was not aware it was Italian until I checked in for Merrill’s II and found out they were booked and placed me at the Vera Club.

The location and staff was exceptional, they were courteous, friendly giving the place a good vibe. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. However, a variety of food was expected (The food was great none the less) along with more forms of entertainment.

THE STAFFS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL GARDEN AND THE BEACH THE FOOD IS SO GOOD I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND MERRILS BEACH RESORT 11 TO EVERYONE
