lobby design is beautiful and ne staff are very friendly.

front desk is small and gets too busy sometimes with long wait for check in. rooms are starting to be outdated and don’t reflect the same premium aesthetic as the bar and lounge area. during this stay AC in the gym was down for the whole week, and I heard that other clients had AC issues in a conference room where it was leaking on them. in a previous visit the AC was also not functioning in the lobby area. so AC in common areas seems to be an ongoing issue for them.

-good location -nice and confortable room -nice facilities

-room wasn’t clean enough -party music until 1 am despite several complains. (A hotel is not a night club) - complications to get the bill on my companies name ( one impolite receptionist in particular)

The staff was wonderful and accommodating due to the fact that I don't speak French, food was great but very expensive at the hotel Restuarant and no local restaurants nearby. Very clean and rooms quiet. The only thing missing was entertainment. View from outdoor patio was gorgeous.

Wish there had been more to do at hotel and food not so expensive.

Everything was perfect , just one suggestion : Hotel could inform travelers more on how to get around (car rental, taxi etc ) but there will always be some outside . Just more guidance and info would be perfect .

We booked a suite with lagoon view that was amazing and spacious. The Bed was very comfy and the aaah moment for me was the bathtub

The service level was really questionable... - Check-in time was 2pm I got my room at 8pm but have to say that the staff handled the situation well by giving us a temporary room and offering us complementary drinks and late check-out -The service in general is very slow... room service never picked on our breakfast order on the first night and drinks at the bar can take 15-20 minutes consistently before being served -The booking included access to the executive lounge which turned out to not exist...

I’ve been in several hostels around the world and I can tell that the Pullman’s bed was literally the most comfortable bed ever!!

Had some minor issues in the bathroom. A broken soap holder and a stuffed / slow shower drain.

The design of the room, the view, and last but not least the breakfast

The staff seemed too busy to attend to my needs in a timely manner. Also, I reserved a parking spot and that was not respected

Magnificent breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Efficient staff.

I asked twice for all the TV channels to be available in my room. Despite promises, it never happened.

the stuff are so nice and attentive and the room is nice.

I like everything about the property except there was no normal sockets.

This is my second stay here and I think they changed their food and beverage team because I saw a lag in time to serve. During breakfast, you would have to search for someone for assistance. Before, they were on it. Now, not so much.
