THE VIEW: The view from the room & the rooftop was absolutely stunning. BREAKFAST: I also enjoyed having delicious breakfast on the rooftop with the view. STAFF: Both owners are very helpful, kind, and friendly. I had a great time at this property. LOCATION: It’s located in the epicenter of Vieste, close to everything (shops, restaurants, seaside, beaches, harbor for boat tours, museum, park) Highly recommend this property!!!!!

Only thing about this property is that it’s above a restaurant, and the restaurant plays music till 1 am or so.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. It was also nice to have the balcony. The rooftop is something else! Gorgeous views and again, really tastefully designed with lots of space and separate areas. Vanessa and Alessandro were exceptional hosts. They went above and beyond to make us welcome and comfortable - we had a boat trip booked but it meant we had to leave before breakfast was served at 8am so Vanessa kindly.packed up our food for us to collect and take with us. So kind and helpful!

The localisation is perfect, close to the old town, a short walk from the main boulevard, just 5 minutes from the beach. Quintessenza is four rooms at the top floor of an old building plus dining space on the roof, with one of the best views of the city we have seen in Vieste. The rooms (Water, Air, Earth & Fire) are spot-on clean, beautifully arranged and the design of the whole place is top-notch. You could take a selfie in a corridor and it would look posh. The attention to details is striking, from the colours, materials used, design choices, lighting, to colour-matching umbrellas waiting for the guests. The breakfast was amazing, with focaccias, local cheeses, meats, sweets and fruits making for a great menu. The parking space is there, just a minute walk from the place, and it is really a must-have in Vieste. The owners are helpful, English-speaking and add to the overall exquisite experience.

We loved our stay. The stairs were a bit steep but it is an old building. No flaws, really.

The breakfast was very good, and served at the terrace, from which you have a spectacular view! The room was also very nice and clean.

When booking our stay here, we filtered for "parking". However, there was no parking possibility nearby, so we had to look for another parking place, which was approximately a 10 min. walk from the apartment.

beautiful rooms and B&B, superb breakfast, the hosts were super kind and proactive in making us feel welcome and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! Easy parking nearby was also a great plus.

nothing that we didn’t like really (apart from the bad weather but that’s what you get when having holidays in late November). A little thing but a water boiler and a pair of cups for making tea would have been extra nice, especially as it was quite cold outside .

The view from the balcony was great. Even better the one on the rooftop terrace, which allows a perfect sight of sunrise. Breakfast was interestingly varied and abundant. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm. Definitely will return back!

Nothing really. Just the steps could be a bit tall for shorter guests, but the hosts were always ready to help with the luggage (even heavy one).

We’ve stayed in one off the sea view apartments - the view is amazing. The rooms are nicely decorated and super clean. There’s also a great rooftop terasse, where breakfast is served. Breakfast included croissants, bread, cheese, fruits, yoghurt, dolce and more. There’s a nearby parking lot from the hotel (8€ p.d.) The staff is really nice and helpful. We hope to come back one day. It you want to stay in the city center of Vieste, next to the old town, I would recommend staying here.

Modern and clean Bnb. Breakfast served on the terrace with a great view the town. Short walk to the old town with bars and restaurants. Hosts were helping in offering to organise tours and convenient parking close to the Bnb.

We loved everything about this property. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The views from the terrace are unbeatable, and the breakfast out of this world! Grazie mille per tutto!

The stairs with no lift was a little difficult at times.
