Great location out of the big crowds but still close to places you want to go, and in a very picturesque corner of a neighborhood. Beautful small canal view out of our terrace!

It's a little weird when you're checking in that you need to go to a different hotel, and this could be explained better. When you arrive at the door, there's no lobby or staff and you can't get in. You actually need to check in at Hotel Tintoretto around on the other side of the building (or you can walk through the restaurant, Osteria Santa Fosca, which is what some other friendly guests directed us to do).

I think it’s average hotel comparable to other hotels in Venice. It’s in older building and of course it’s not American type of hotels The room was clean, newly renovated The location is not bad, 20 mins from popular areas so you have some sanity for yourself

It’s accessibility nightmare, there is no elevator so you have to take your luggage via staircase A/C is controlled centrally so you need to ask admins to change the temp Room is facing another building so there is no nice view

a beautiful b&b in a great location with canal views. the hotel staff were exceptional.

unfortunately the noise from the osteria downstairs (our room was right above) was pretty relentless throughout the day so it wasn’t exactly peaceful. also the noise from the room above and the lounge next door. Also we found the osteria staff (one in particular) to be not very friendly.

The properties at the great location. Gabriella gave us a fantastic room facing the canal. The cute cozy little restaurant attached to the property also had an amazing food and ambiance. In the morning of our departure day, they already had called the taxi for us so when we are ready to go the taxi was already waiting for us. overall we had a great experience for staying at the property. Highly recommend.

Truly exceptional place! The hotel is located in ancient building with real historical vibe, and the view on the channel is breathtaking! Located very conveniently, just 15 minutes walk from the train station. But if you want to explore the less touristic parts of Venice, they are also around the corner in the North part of Canareggio District. The room was exceptionally clean and nice, also beautifully decorated. Really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful hotel . Fabulous decor. The restaurant was lovely and the outside seating area was a lovely place to sit before or after a busy day exploring the sites

The room was small but that wasn't really an issue as we didn't spend much time in it .

Excellent location and lovely views of canal. Clean organized and up to date facilities. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. I appreciated the convenience of the bar/cafe right next to the hotel. I enjoyed eating next to the canal while my 5 year old had the square to himself to chase the pigeons.

Such incredible staff. So welcoming and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant at the neighbouring hotel was wonderful too. I would recommend this place as being in a fab location too. Hopefully I'll return to Venice,and would return to the hotel without hesitation.

The staffs are super kind and I could feel welcomed. They tried to help many things. The room I chose was not big, but enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Venice is not the place to find big fancy hotels, but the place itself is amazing. The bathroom was clean, too. Location was also nice. I'll come back!

I could hear outside noise and the noise from out of the door. So it was a little noisy for me. But I think it will be the same for most of other hotels.

Great location, just off the main tourist area and close to both the station and the water taxis. Room was great and included a large terrace which was lovely

If the water taxi hadn't told us the hotel was part of hotel trattoria, which is round the corner, we would have struggled to find reception, no signage or directions etc. Air con wasn't on but wasn't really a problem.
