Very nice bilocale (one bedroom + living room with enclosed kitchen and a spacious bathroom) 2 minute walking distance from Vatican. Nice neighborhood with many restaurants and there is a small supermarket right across the street. The room was very tidy and clean.

The location is simply great, few minutes from San Pietro and very close to the main turistica attractions also very well connected to the metro and to the station. The apartment is well equipped very clean and has a fantastic view in an internal courtyard. Overall a very nice stay! We were two couples and found this solution very good for the price.

The apartment consists in two rooms on the ground floor. One day area with a well equipped kitchen and a big bed and a nice view in the courtyard and a second room with a sleeping sofa, tv, and wardrobe. I was surprised that this second room had only a small blind window. The apartment door does not block well the sounds and the people sleeping in the livingroom could hear well other guests arriveing or leaving their aparments.

The location is great, you just need to cross the street and get Vatican city. There is a bus station right in front of the property, and you can reach Piazza Venezia (where you can walk to lots of "important" places). There is a public (free) parking place about 800 - 1000 meters away (lots of them along the street), usually you can find a place to park without difficulties. The room is really big.

The facilities could be better / improved, the heater in the bathroom was making some weird noise at night and we had to adjust it to the "correct" position / turn it off. For a 7-night stay without room service, it would be nicer if more towels / bathrobes / toilet paper could be provided beforehand.

Amazing location just a few blocks from heart of Vatican. Many restorants in the same block. Buses to center of the city just around the corner. The area is residential, family neighourhood, but still super close to everything. The place is super clean, spacious and confortable. Easy access on check in, all amenities available to refill (paper, soap, etc), very useful kitchen and big rooms.

Perhaps I was unlucky but my side of the bed couch was a little clunky. We were unlucky also to have a couple maintenance for the appartement scheduled early in the morning.

Location is good if you look for a place near the Vatican but it was very far from all activities and city centre . There is no storage so we have to book a storage place . Check in is very late at 4 pm and our flight was at 7 am and they didn’t allow early check in . No app service and if you want ot to be clean it is very expensive. There is only one A/C in the app

Fantastic location, great communication, able to find and enter super easily. Everything we could have needed for 4 days was provided, highly reccommend!

I think towels lasting 4 days when it is soooo hot and you need to have 3 showers a day is a bit long, maybe the towels could be replaced every 2-3 day stay? Everything being done by app is challenging for older travellers with connectivity/wifi issues on the road so maybe one printed sheet in the apartment regarding where to find the amenities? Otherwise super awesome!

The environment felt very “fresh” and calm, with the birds chirping in the lemon tree planted in the garden right in the center of the complex. Our airbnb was also accessible to many delicious restaurants, mini supermarkets, and of course the beautiful and breathtaking St. Perter’s Basilica. The Basilica was less than a 5 minute walk. The room was very spacious, having a style of a studio apartment with a kitchen and bed in the living room, a bathroom, and an additional room for the kids.

Location was excellent.The equipment of the flat also met my expectations. Very good facility is remote check-in. Very good contact with the staff. The flat very good alternative for people who focus on sightseeing.

Poor soundproofing in the flat (annoying sounds coming from neighbouring flats). Folding sofa of poor quality (uncomfortable). Smaller room very dark and window practically non-existent in this room but large room very bright with large window overlooking the patio.

the check in process was stressful and limited as we had to be there at 4 pm we were early but communication was difficult

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and excellently furnished. Great location. From the front door we could see the entrance to the square in front of the basilica St. Peter. There were many shops, restaurants and snack bars near the house.

We were absolutely satisfied, there are only small things that could be added. For example a bigger mirror in the entrance and we were missing a towel for washing dishes. But those are just little things.
