The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro with nearby bus stops, making it easy to get around. There were plenty of food options close by, including McDonald’s and the fantastic Pastasciutta. The area itself felt very safe since it’s a residential neighborhood, and I was completely comfortable staying there. The place was beautiful, cozy, and definitely a 10/10 for me. I actually booked it based on other travelers’ reviews, and I’m so glad I did. I’d highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers—I went alone and felt very safe exploring the area and returning back.

The only minor drawback was that there wasn’t a lift, but I honestly didn’t mind. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with luggage, which made everything so much easier.

The place was just 3 min from piazza del Popolo , so great location. The staff was kind and helpful:) As for the room , everything was comfortable, I did recommended a friend to stay there as it was after all comfortable and great location!

It could have been cleaner , underneath the desk there was a lot of dust . And I do have to say that when we got there the toilet area in the bathroom smelled a little bit of urine but other than that everything was perfectly fine! We obviously could notify the team as they were available almost all day and probably could have fixed the issue right away

Location is great in walking distance to the old town and metro station. Room was nice and clean

There is no lift to the room level and had to carry the luggages over the steps to the first floor. The whole building including the rooms had a very strong unpleasant smell. It seems they try to cover the smell with strong cleaning product which makes it worst. The room was looking to the main road and windows are not double so you could hear the cars and sirens.

This is a great hotel. It is in a great location just a few hundred metres from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps and conveniently located on the A line of the metro. The rooms were finished to a high quality and beautiful decorated and extremely clean. The staff at the hotel were great- so helpful and accommodating. Really great service.

1. There are speakers that run throughout the corridors that play music from reception during the day. It can be disruptive if you are wanting to relax in your room and having to listen to music right outside the door. 2. The wifi showed full connectivity but was actually very slow and lagged quite a bit even after restarting my phone and disconnecting and reconnecting.

The location was great, we loved staying in a central but not loud part of Rome with easy access to all the attractions and quieter neighborhoods around the river, as well as convenient to a metro stop. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us a map and some recommendations for our single day in Rome which was very appreciated! Definitely recommend.

The location was perfect. Just far enough away that we didn’t get the major sounds and hustle of the city and activity but close enough to walk to meals and sights.

The only damper was the AC. The thermostat went down to 19°C but the room never got cooler than maybe 72°F. Not sure the conversion from the top of my head. But the room was cool enough by the time morning came around.

Brilliant location, within 5 mins walk to the Spanish steps and shops. It was clean, modern, quiet, room the spacious and bed was comfy.. The 2 guys on reception were very friendly and helpful. He booked our taxi and let us store our bags.

The reception area is rather small and we almost missed the hotel as it doesn't have a big frontage but it's not a big deal. The hotel is on a side road with plenty of eateries nearby. Only 1 English speaking tv channel which was the news.

The location is excellent. Right on the subway and close to Piazza del Popolo. There is a lot to do around the area, or you can walk to all the tourist attractions via streets full of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room was spacious, clean, and thank god with AC. I would definitely come back!

Very nice and kind staff, at our check-in the guy at the reception gave us very helpfull recommendations which restaurants nearby are worth to visit, the guys at breakfast were always very nice and smiling, the room was clean, we felt comfortable at the suite, the location of residenza was great - near to metro station, to the Piazza del Popopolo atc…

Wifi was kind of slow

Staff were so friendly and accommodating of us travelling with a toddler. We also required late check in at short notice due to flight delays and this was accommodated really smoothly.
