The place is very nice and cozy, everything is well-prepared, and the access and exit are very independent. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's very well located, close to good restaurants, shops, and transportation. It's also close to Testaccio (a very good atmosphere with excellent restaurants), Circo Massimo, Colosseum, and the Baths of Caracalla. Highly recommended and peaceful.

We liked everything about this property from the very helpful and welcoming staff to the location and facilities offered by the property. The room was spacious and extremely clean with access to a garden. The location is excellent for sightseeing, near the metro and with several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. If we return to Rome we will definitely stay at Relais Circo Massimo again.

Location is perfect in the city Center in elegant neighbourhood. We could walk every where to main attractions and there is a metro stop 5 min walk from hotel. The room was super clean , everything was new and very comfortable. There is capsule coffee machine in the room that we enjoy very much. The room has access to the nice garden. It was quite and we could sleep good. Especially I would like to mention hospitality of Svetlana and Marco. It was wonderful stay! Highly recommend! I will come back 100%.

This hotel is one of the few I am willing to voluntarily write a review for. Despite the bathroom being inside the room, the facilities are complete and clean, with complimentary beverages. The child intentionally took a business card upon departure, indicating that they plan to stay here again on their next visit to Rome.

The owners expected us with a full mini fridge and breakfast buffet (mostly sweet croissants,nutella, biscuits). Since we arrived after the minimarket around the corner closed, this was great. We got water bottles daily without charge, this was very nice. They saw that my husband's birthday was that day so they surprised us with a small prosecco bottle in the fridge. Lovely people, lovely service. The cleaning lady came daily in the morning, but didn't bother us, if we didn't need anything. (Changed towels after 2 days) The location is close to a lot of restaurants, 15mins from the Colosseum (by foot) and close to the Roman Forum. We walked from Ostiense train station. We had a very nice stay there and really recommend it for Couples who enjoy quiet privacy.

There was a lovely interior terrace next to our room, but we could not use it because of the mosquitoes. The lady doing the cleaning gave us a plug-in device against mosquitoes and also some spirals for burning outside, but since I'm like a delicious buffet to these insects and also get a small allergic reaction, we avoided the terrace. If you are not sensitive to them, you might not be bothered. It was a rather small inconvenience, we would still visit again :)

We absolutely loved staying here! The location is brilliant it's in a quiet area but walking distance to lots of places like Circo Massimo, Trastevere and the colosseum and bus stop. The host is absolutely lovely and had lots of recommendations for us. Rooms are clean and comfortable we even had access to the little shared garden. You get breakfast in your room and drinks in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will definitely book here when we come back.

Incredibly clean and comfortable. When we arrived Valentina was extremely helpful in every way. She organised a private car for transport and was on hand for any information we needed. There was a nice little breakfast already organised and complimentary drinks on arrival. We didn’t have this service the whole 3 months we were traveling Europe, so it was lovely to experience. Not to mention, she was unable to be there in person, so she was doing this all while she was away. The staff were very friendly and would highly recommend staying here. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Circo Massimo Guest House, it was extremely clean, in a fantastic location and the staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bedside lamps conveniently have built in usbs for phone charging. Biscuits and little breakfast items were provided, there was also a mini fridge stocked with a few drinks.

In the room we stayed in, the shower is in the main room, which was fine for us but it was difficult to avoid getting the floor wet, plenty towels were provided though

This was a beautiful property in a peaceful leafy part of the town. All the major attractions were within walking distance and the address is easily recognisable on all the maps just in case you want to hire a cab. Valentina is a lovely host who goes out of the way to help and assist at any time of the day. The room is tastefully decorated and has all the furnishings required for a comfortable stay. The double bed was soft and helped us sleep very well on all the nights. The kitchen is fully furnished and the breakfast items (bread, jam, nutella, cakes, biscuits, tea/coffee, milk) are daily replenished which was a welcome surprise. The fridge is also stocked daily with cold drinks and beer. The best part of the property is the daily cleaning of the room including changing of the bedsheets and towels. we ordered food from Deliveroo and all the riders knew the address very well. Our room also had the provision of a AC/Heater with remote and therefore it made our stay very comfortable as we encountered hot/cold and rainy days within the same week.

The guest house is run by the nicest, most helpful host ever! She just took over and renovated the place and will go out of her way to make you comfortable.. Great location in a quiet residential area right at Circo Massimo. Nice little garden.

This is not a swanky place and the slightly odd location of the shower took a little getting used to. But it works, is squaky clean and feels homey!
