Andrea and the lovely lady who cleaned the property were both very helpful. A great location close to Colosseum and other surrounding places. Comfy bed. Clean. A lovely touch with fresh bread/pastries every morning and the fridge restocked with beer, cola and water.

The only thing we would grumble about (very small) is that the plug socket next to the bed was hanging out of the wall, and the shelf table next to the bed was wobbly so didn’t want to put any drinks or anything on there. Also there was no ironing board and the TV channels were not great, maybe recommend a stick in there with Netflix etc. Might be a nice touch! Other than that it was perfect!

We got more than we’d expected. The location of the accommodation is very good, it takes a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, but with bus, you can get to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. The host is a very friendly man, he sent us some information about the city, shops and restaurants nearby, public transport opportunities, etc. The room was very nice, and well-equipped. The breakfast was in the room, in the fridge we found everything: ham, cheese, salami, coke, beer, water, fruit juice, milk; there were some jam, nutella, coffee, tea, biscuits, granola. The stock was also refilled daily. In the bathroom there were a lot of things included: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, erasor and gel, vanity set, clean towels. Thank you for everything!

Location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk to the Colosseum and restaurants. It was an older traditional apartment with some antique furniture. Overall it was a comfortable and clean apartment and well supplied with extras to make your stay more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was in the basement with a small courtyard outside. There was very little natural light. The bathroom is looking a little old and the shower needs replacing.

We had a room on the first floor with private external bathroom. The room was clean and spacious, with coffee machine and a kettle as well as various sweet snacks and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was quite good too, clean and with fresh towels and we had no problem going out of our room to the opposite door to use it. Location is good - many options for busses nearby that could take you anywhere in the city; Colosseo is in 10 minutes walk. Hosts are hospitable and caring.

Since this is in fact a flat, there is no soundproof between rooms so you’ll be hearing other people - although there are only two more rooms on the first floor so we didn’t have much trouble with it. But if you’re not lucky with neighbors it can be uncomfortable. Air conditioner was working too loud sometimes.

Great location in Monti just minutes walk to Colosseum. Room was cleaned daily and was spotless. Was exactly as advertised. Andrea was great and recommended restaraunts and ordered taxis for us. He dropped off rolls daily and the fridge was restocked with beer, water and cold cuts. Great value for money.

Walls are a bit thin so a little noisy but didn't really affect us. Our room had a separate bathroom but other two rooms they were internal. Next time I would choose an internal bathroom

The staff were very kind, the room was very clean and they would come and clean within the day, so close to the Colosseum, it was great!

The only problem we had was that we used the “book now pay later” the payment was supposed to come out a couple weeks before arriving and we ended up having to pay when we got there and paid around £70 extra as the price of the accommodation must’ve gone up which was quite annoying. Also the locks into the accommodation are very hard to use, we had to contact the staff to help us open, it’s something that needs to be fixed, not good for people with no patience lol.

Location excellent - Colosseum was only 10 minutes walk away! Continental breakfast was very good and it was very useful having a fridge in the room. Andrea gave us a lovely welcome when we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Plumbing in the bathroom wasn't the best - the toilet flush was temperamental and the sink and shower head leaked (but were perfectly functional for normal use). The air-conditioning was also a bit unreliable as it kept cutting out. Whilst the fridge was very useful, it was quite loud at night when trying to sleep (it hummed). The glass across the internal wall of the room let in a lot of light from the hallway (maybe a curtain across this would help?)

there are to many things to eat for self breakfast that they provide for you the location is not bad not good but the staffs are very friendly and it was kind of B&B not hotel but caring and shape look like hotel we liked it at all specially food like biscuit and cookies . but there are just for first day not second they . we stayed 2 days

the bathroom was not in the room you have to go out of the room then open the bathroom door. was not so important

The studio is totally VFM. The room is quite comfortable as there is enough space to lie down, to sit and watch TV or to put in order your clothes and bags. There is another room for the kitchen in which you can find everything you need to cook, including the cooking ingredients. The studio is super warm all day long and you can take a hot bath whenever you want to. The bathroom is very nice too. Andrea the owner is very cool and kind, he gave us tips about restaurants and public transport and every afternoon he brought us the breakfast for the next morning. The location is perfect, less than 10 min from colosseum and about 500 meters away from metro station. Andrea thank you for everything, hope to see you again ❤️ Eleni&Paris

The host was very kind, helpful and informative. The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean and they had everything you might need. It had also snacks and drinks for you to consume. Also, they provided fresh bread and croissant for breakfast for you to eat inside the room. And last but not least, the room has a TV, where you can watch movies using Prime Video, or your Netflix account. We are very satisfied, and totally recommend it! Thank you Locanderia!
