Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rome Termini

The hotel was a 5 min walk from the main Termini station. Facilities were adequate for what we needed. Better if there were rooms that catered for families. We were split across two floors, but we managed to make it work for us and would not deter us from staying here again. Breakfast was great with a great variety to suit all tastes. Would certainly recommend.

When families book 3 rooms it would be great if they were positioned close to each other.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it, it was around a 30 minute walk to most attractions which was absolutely fine for us we walked everywhere but lots of buses and trains too and directly opposite the train station so was able to get the Leonardo express straight there, highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking, drinks we’re great, room was great kept very clean and we booked the jacuzzi for an hour so lovely, Thankyou for a fantastic stay will definitely be back.

Gym facilities lacking

Hotel was clean, comfy, modern, good facilities including gym and sauna etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good hygiene standard and location, easy to get around to and from main places of interest and close to the main station. Good value for money, I will come back. Thank you all at Leonardo's for your warm welcome to Rome!

Nothing to not like.. if I was knit picking I'd say the standard double was smaller than expected however I think that's the case in most places because of the types of buildings and is no reflection on the standard of the room or the service we received. Certainly would recommend

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was within a very short walking distance to the train station but far enough to keep you away from the noise and on a quiet narrow street with not much traffic. The breakfast was good and included in the price. The service was excellent! Everyone at the reception desk was highly professional, welcoming and helpful! We took Uber to many sightseeing destinations from the hotel, and the excellent location of the hotel made the Uber price not expensive. Also one can use the train/metro station in the area. There is a restaurant ( Bramble Bar & Grill) very close to the hotel which was convenient. It had a variety of delicious food at a great price. The best thing was getting a 5 star hotel service from a 4 star hotel, which was surprisingly sweet.

The Hotel was very well located near the Main Railway Station, a Metro Station and a central bus station. So there were good transport links for the whole of Rome. The hotel staff were friendly, competent and efficient. The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable, with a large balcony which went around the corner of the building. There was plenty of comfortable seating, including a sofa. We would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast room didn't have enough space for all of the guests. So it could become busy, crowded and noisy. However the breakfast provided was good with something for everyone.

Everything was spot on. Great hotel and good value for money. Short distance from the train station which is convenient. The main landmarks are pretty much a 20-30min walk from here but you can travel around by metro/buses to most places.

There was an awful lot of street/outside noise which obviously the hotel can't do anything about. 4.30am bottle bins were being emptied making a lot of noise and various other things such as traffic etc. I take nothing away from the hotel though as it isn't their fault. I would suggest sleeping with some ear plugs though if you are a light sleeper.

The staff were lovely, really really helpful with organising trips and giving advice etc. The breakfast was well-stocked and tasty. The room was more spacious than expected, well-appointed and clean. Location good - very near Termini station and access to major metro lines to Coloseum and Vatican.

Only complaint was the persistent leak from our air con unit. We mentioned several times and there were a few attempts to "fix" the problem, but it kept coming back. Ultimately this didn't affect us too much, as we just put a towel on the floor and ignored it, but hopefully the hotel can get it fixed.

The room was exactly what you expect from the Leonardo hotels, clean, modern and comfortable. Lobby and breakfast areas modern and clean. The staff have been nothing but friendly, happy and accommodating. It’s a shame we couldn’t order room service but I understand that’s out of their hands.

Location is great for the train station but apart from that there’s nothing here - taxi is 10-20 euro to town.

Great hotel near Termini. The room has everything you need, including a small fridge. The AC works great. We had a huge balcony (almost bigger than the room itself). The staff were always friendly and helpful, including helping us get a taxi during a transport strike.

The gym didn't have air conditioning, which made it difficult to do a serious workout for more than 20 minutes. The bathroom floor seems to get easily drenched when you're taking a shower.
