Great location about half way from train station (easy walk) and main sites. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast at the B&b across the street.

I'm marking this score down because more communication from the host is essential. We got no response from booking.com message (or text) re arrival until the day after we arrived. No information was given on arrival re breakfast details or check-out procedures. We had to ring a few times during our stay, first to check-in and later to find out breakfast details. Re breakfast, a start time of 8am is a bit late for travellers. The facilities were good, but the shared kitchen has no microwave, and the stovetop was covered. Also, the bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries and towel rails.

The location was great. It could not have been better. It seemed like it was in the center of the city, and yet it was only 7 walking minutes from the train station. I got to see so much from our location. The room itself was great. The TV and wi-fi were great. The bathroom was spacious and lovely. The bed was comfy. I didn't buy the breakfast, but Valentino told me it was there across the street. I don't remember hearing how much it was though.

There is nothing I did NOT like. I would have liked MORE information about the kitchen and what I was allowed to use in there (i.e. the fridge, the coffee machine). Even if there were instructions in the kitchen saying what we could use, that would have been helpful. Maybe also info about when the cleaning people would be there, so we knew. And a list of supermarkets nearby or good restaurants. Those help. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and it's a beautiful city. Had I had a little more info, though, I think it would have been even better.

When booked thought was just a bedroom but found to be complete condo with kitchen facilities. Lovely neighborhood and only problem was getting in touch for the key as code and phone numbers didn’t work. Asked the owner of cafe below and he called manager and was there within 5 minutes. The next day he invited us across the street to his other place for free breakfast. What a lovely surprise. The piazza just up the street was lovely to sit and people watch and have food. The gelato was excellent and all walking distance from train.

Just change the phone numbers to get in touch as quite shocked at first when can’t reach anyone.

The location was absolutely central, just in-between the train station and the places that we wanted to visit. Clean, comfy, air con available, small shared kitchen with purified fresh water to fill your bottle for the day, and option of coffee or tea just there. A smoking area patio is available as well.

Absolutely nothing I can fault.

Excellent location close to the train station and the Arian Baptistry, mantained rooms and common area, the bathroom was surprisingly roomy and to top it off a good breakfast and a good proprietor! A good lodging, great complement to a great trip in Ravenna!

Location is perfect, supermarket 1 min, Piazza del Popolo with restaurants 3 min. The room was very nice, the bed super comfortable. Very clean. Very quiet. When i came before check in, Valentino arrived in 2 minutes to let me leave the bag. I wish to have this kind of accommodation every day of my trip. Thank you!

The location is very good. Quick walk from the train station and easy access to all the sites. The condo is very clean and quiet. This is a unit with three bedrooms/bathrooms and no host or concierge directly on site, although very accessible via WhatsApp or phone.

Excellent location

Having access to property on arrival. Maybe a remote access system could be installed. It was not possible to give exact time of arrival and without mobile Roaming difficult to communicate with manager/proprietor.

Very clean, had everything you needed, nice room and location had ample shopping areas!

A bit difficult to find due to the sign not being very noticeable and that there wasn’t a person on the property to check you in, had to call ahead.

This is a bed and breakfast place. Our room was in building opposite the main location. Host was very friendly and helpful. We were given good tips for dinner places. Continental breakfast was served by the host in main building. Location of bed and breakfast makes everything within walking distance in the city. Walk to train station is no problem even with luggage. (5 to 10 min) . Good neighborhood.

Room was hot when we got there. It took a long time to cool down to a comfortable level. Since the host is in separate building, we had to ring bell and maybe because host was on phone we got not response. Luckly someone sitting in next door outside terras told us we should ring bell on main building ( which at that time we did not know about). So although we got this resolved quickly it might be a bit confusing for some.
