Arte Bianca was the perfect place for us to stay in Palermo. It is exceptionally convenient to the train station, is in a safe area, and is also a very easy walk to the main historic, restaurant and shopping sections of Palermo. The hosts were absolutely lovely; they greeted and continued to converse with us about Palermo in the most friendly way, happy to answer any questions we might have had about Palermo and Sicily in general; Bianca even made a delicious Mango cake for us to enjoy at our arrival! The building is classic old Italian yet beautifully historic. They made every effort in decor to make you feel like you are walking into a very high-end suite. The hosts could not have been kinder. Bianca even chased me downstairs when we checked out when I forgot my sunglasses -- it's these little touches that make one's stay the most enjoyable. The room itself is the same: beautifully decorated with all modern amenities. Plenty of outlets, (and next to the bed :-) and lovely furniture, including a nice place to sit. The bathroom was very large, absolutely spotless, and sleek/modern. Tons of towels, a towel heater, and plenty of cleanser just made it that much nicer. We had no idea how lovely Palermo was and wish we would have stayed longer. At least we were able to have 2 days of visiting. If you book Arte Bianca, you will love coming back to your beautiful room.

That we didn't stay longer in Palermo! But we promised ourselves to return to this gorgeous city, and stay at Arte Bianca.

Very nice room, lots of character, nice high ceilings, spacious bathroom. Good working aircon, nice comfy bed. Host was welcoming and friendly, free parking in front of the building!

Maybe just the elevator that seemed antique 😂🙈 but to be fair, not a lot of high older buildings even have an elevator so convenient if you have heavy luggage. There was quite a bit of noise in the street due to construction work next door. But that’s obviously not the hosts fault :)

Excellent location and lovely hosts. It's only a very short walk from the main train station but its very secure. The room was very clean, and we even got some delicious cake given to us that the hosts had made! The bed was very comfortable and very nice shower. I can't recommend it enough; it was a pity that we only stayed a night.

Accommodation was great, don't really have anything negative to say.

The breakfast is outstanding, the sweet pastries are to die for and if you’re not that into sweets, the eggs are well made too. The location is very central, super close to the bus station. The owners are wonderful and can provide great recommendations of where to eat and what to see in Palermo. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

The room was beautiful in a great location to the railway station and historic centre. We were only in Palermo for one night but wish we could have stayed longer, we definitely would return to Arte Bianca. The room and bathroom were spacious and had tea and coffee making options and our hosts were friendly and helpful on arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Our hosts were the most amazing people, the location is central, the room is superb. The whole feeling was almost like visiting some relatives in a far away town. :) Bianca and Ivan are wonderful hosts, they make everything possible for their guests to make them feel at home and comfortable. We could message them any time during the day if had questions about anything or needed information. They made fantastic breakfast for us, and served it in our room. The location is perfect, the central railway station is just 3 minutes but the location is very quiet during the night. Every attraction (palazzos and museums) and the fancy restaurants and bars are a walking distance. Highly recommended!

Great location for a short walk from the station and handy for Via Roma and all the sights. Surprisingly quiet for a city centre location. The bathroom was spacious and modern.

Felt cramped having to take breakfast in the room here. Not sure why we had to? And with plastic cutlery, plates, cups. Not very sustainable. Breakfast was fine but the worst coffee we have had in Sicily. Tea tray with kettle, two cups and two sugar sachets was'nt the best.

Lovely apartment with gorgeous Sicilian design, high ceilings, vintage elevator and incredibly kind hosts. The hosts are warm and kind people; they accommodated us like family. Massive bonus points for getting a gluten-free breakfast! Appreciate it, especially since it was a very last minute request from us. Nearly all the things you need to see in Palermo are 10 min walking distance from the apartment. We arrived at 11 pm and still managed to visit the night market nearby :)

Tasteful, modern and lovingly restored large apartment in an old building that oozes charm. the two hosts, Ivan & Bianca, are the attention to detail kind of people who helpful and kind.

Having breakfast in your room. I understand the hosts’ rationale for it but it was awkward for two fo eat at the same time in the bedroom.

Breakfast was very good, especially the sweets which are homemade by the owner. The room was extremely clean and the owners pay really close attention to the COVID regulations which made us feel really safe. The location is ideal, close to the train station but also 10-15 minute walk from all the locations we wanted to see in our short trip. There is a bus station nearby, plenty of supermarkets where you can buy water and snacks if needed. Overall, really good value for money.

As this is an old building, the windows don't properly isolate the outside noise. If you are a light sleeper, you are likely to be woken up during the night by cars blasting music and sirens from ambulances and police cars that drive on Via Roma.
