One of the most amazing showers I've had in a hotel, combined with incredible views from the balcony. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful.

I think when paying EUR 300 a night for a room, access to the pool should be included (although I do agree on keeping a spa pool child free)

The hotel is set in a wonderful location, overlooking hills and the town of Bergamo. We did pay extra for a room with a wide balcony and comfortable seating outside, with a full view of the Spa Pool below us. The room was a great size, with very good amenities (espresso machine, safe, bath robes, fridge, good shower, queen size bed). Breakfast options were good with selection of pastry, cereal, yoghurts and some hot food. The cocktails were delicious! We paid for the Spa once and really enjoyed it - there is a steam room, Finnish and Bio sauna, indoor and outdoor pool with good seating areas.

Travel to the location is difficult by public transport - I would recommend a taxi or car hire. By bus or train you will need to walk from the town of Nembro about 1.5km (1 mile) - uphill. Breakfast options were good but limited - no cooked breakfast is offered, no hot food besides cheese/ham toastie, scrambled eggs and chipolata sausages. Meals for lunch and dinner are on the expensive side (15-20 EUR for some starters). The Spa was 40 EUR per person for 3 hours (10am-1pm, 1:30pm-4:30pm) and 45 EUR between 5pm-8pm. The facilities are great, but we felt that having the pool be open for all guests would have really improved the stay.

Brilliant room and view on balcony, Very very clean and maintenance is brilliant and cleaning service. Very friendly staff and meets all requests. Shower was brilliant and very relaxing. Great selection for breakfast (included) and staff were lovely in the restaurant. There was options for hot food but it was extra pay which is understandable. The spa was very relaxing and staff were extra helpful with information with travelling to Bergamo and transport was offered (€35 each way) Room service was available and was delivered very well and quick.

The wifi disconnected a lot which was a bit annoying but could deal with it. The light switches were a bit confusing as some had bell symbols on and we were afraid of calling reception by accident but managed to figure them out, also wasn’t able to work the fan in the room. said the room was soundproof but we could hear people next door and in the hallway and the music downstairs. No Room service on the Thursday due to Grill and Music night. Says in the welcome book in the room that there was a menu but there wasn’t so had to ask at reception. No English Spa booklet to see treatments. There were also several ant nests around the spa, there were ants on the alcohol bottles at the bar downstairs and there were ants in the spa in the sauna and under the chairs outside due to all the nests.

Second timer here, and absolutely loving this place. Beautiful location, the staff is exceptional, restaurant really good, and one of the best hotel spas (don’t mind the extra charge ;) )

I love the location the most. It’s not hard to reach by car but once you get to the place it definitely feels exclusive, peaceful, and refreshing being surrounded with nature. The spa is not included to the room rate but we highly suggest to book it, for its price it’s definitely worth it. It was not crowded at all contrary to what we expected because we went there during the easter long weekend, hence a very relaxing experience.

We had a problem with our door. It didn’t lock. From the outside you dont need the card to be able to enter our room. The staff who accommodated us was very kind and he reassured that no one will likely to enter our room without our consent. We just made sure to put our important belongings inside the safe. It made us anxious for not having a secure door.

Very quiet hotel in a beautiful location. More suitable for couples. Everything was at a very good level. Great spa, friendly and helpful staff. The perfect place to relax and swim in the heated pool. The hotel has a great view and an excellent restaurant with good drinks and delicious food. On Thursdays there is live music, which is very atmospheric. I was very satisfied:)

The air conditioning in the room did not work, but it was not hot outside, so we did not ask to fix it. It didn't spoil the experience for us.

absolutely breathtaking views all around the hotel , loved the decor, spa was phenomenal!!!!!!! not sure why everyone complains about the €50 charge as it is well worth it, best spa I’ve ever been too in regards to facilities and cleanliness and isn’t just to use the pool charge also includes all spa facilities , staff were very friendly ( apart from one lady in the Aroma restaurant who seemed annoyed because I didn’t speak italian) . amazing stay would 100% return . felt very comfortable as a lone traveller

only downside I would say is that the gym doesn’t open until 10am. should definitely open earlier as it would be nice to go before breakfast

In my opinion bfast needs attention!! ... Also time booking for using the pool and sauna !!! A little more flexibility! With time and bookings .... When i take a couple of days off i like to ,,RELAX " not to be on schedule On this occasion we chose,, Piajo,,RELAX" Hotel 🏨

Very nice looking hotel in a beautiful location. Tasty breakfast and comfy beds.

Altho the hotel was in a beautiful place the view from our room was blocked by a roof of restaurant building and so we couldn’t enjoy the nature surrounding the hotel. It was a surprise to us that the spa cost extra and that our small baby was not allowed to enter. therefore we couldn’t visit the spa although it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel! Also, there was a wedding on the premises and you could hear the music to the room when trying to sleep.

This is a beautiful property with very well equipped rooms, comfortable beds and very nice garden. Breakfast was excellent. We haven’t tried the restaurant on-site but the menu looked very good. There are plenty of good restaurants within a few kilometres with great food.

We have selected this hotel because of swimming pool. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is part of spa for which one has to pay 40-50 EUR for just a 3 hours stay. This is the most expensive swimming pool in the whole area… So instead we were driving to the neighbouring lakes to cool down there…
