Breakfast is in fact a voucher for a nearby cafè from where you could get a coffee, a pastry and a orange juice. This was not clear from the booking ad advertising full breakfast.

Staff were really helpful when needed and with a change of arrangements. It is quite a walk to any of the main sites but that was always known and part of the reason for booking here to be a bit out of the way. The room was comfortable and clean and as expected. A/C was very effective and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was not at the hotel but with a voucher for a cafe a few doors down the road. We never used this due to early starts each day for trips.

Location is quite far from most main attractions but that is known when booking. The lift did not inspire confidence and would not let us in on the last day. The place can be a challenge to find but instructions were given. It can be a hassle fighting through the crowd outside waiting for the restaurant at certain times.

We traveled up from Amalfi to catch a flight out and didn't want to stay next to the airport. With our last night in Italy we wanted to enjoy the local Napolese food and maybe fit an activty in. On a last minute whim and after reading reviews, we picked Relais Antica Napoli. The place did not disappoint. We were dropped off by the taxi in the middle of the city's afternoon hustle and bustle. Unfortunately I did not check the booking.com message from Sergei giving instructions on how to get to the hotel. However we found the location, buzzed Davda who was at the desk to let us in, and we climbed the stairs until we found the place. The room was a nice size with a big bed. All the furniture and trappings are gilded in golden. The contrast between the marble and golden hues brings a nice class to the room and a calmness after a busy night in Napoli. The bathroom had a heater on the wall which was a great way to dry our shirts after the rain. The shower was great with a hot water heater in the room so did not have to worry about someone else taking up all the hot water. For those that are not accustomed to it, the second toilet is a bidet. A nice touch was the balconies overlooking parts of the city. While breakfast was not served, I received two vouchers to use at the local cafe. There is an area for coffee and even a piano in the Relais Antica, but not in use and possibly still being worked on. From our room you could hear the street noise and construction, but after hours, all construction stops. Great room and location for the price. Traveler's Note: The hotel is located on the 4th floor of a large building. To enter the building, you have to go through the large metal gated doors located between the cigarette vendor and the restaurant. If you do like we did, there is a label with the hotel's name and you can be buzzed in. You cross to the stairs, but note, there is an elevator to the left of the stairs.

It was a little too far out from the centre of Napoli and the the walk from the station with suitcases is challenging .

The location is ideal for exploring Napoli! Easy to find which is always a relief when carrying luggage around! Close to museums, the station (where you can get trips to Pompeii, vesuvio etc.) great restaurants, shopping and nightlife! We received a warm welcome from David with a complementary limoncello. Lots of helpful information about the area and how to make the most of our few days there. The room was spacious and elegant. The aircon worked really well as did the heaters (to dry our clothes after getting caught in a storm). The breakfast is provided by a lovely cafe a couple of doors down. Tasty coffee and warm croissant. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage there after checking out to continue exploring the city before our late flight. Easy to get back to the airport via taxi (ask for fixed price and it won't be over €20). We would definitely stay again.

It is on the fourth floor which could be a negative for some. There is a small lift though and it does mean you get excellent views!

We had booked a room in Relais Antica Napoli. We arrived very late in the evening because of a flight delayed, but, nevertheless, Sergio received ourselves around midnight with the smile, proposed us a limoncello glass and decided by himself to upgrade us in a more luxurious room. We spent a wonderful 4 days stay in Napoli in a splendid, very quiet, so clean, richly decorated, and very spacious room !! We felt like in a palace. La dolce vita. Grazie mile, Sergio ! Our stay in Relais Antica Napoli was frankly perfect !

The cleaning lady and the check in man were very friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage for us in a locked room until check in when we arrived early, as well as after check out when we had to depart late. Everything was pristine, I didn’t see a speck of dust anywhere, even on the big chandeliers. The shower was a beautiful black marble, the water got hot right away, and the bathroom had a towel warmer which was lovely. The AC in the room did a fantastic job making us forget how hot and muggy it was outside, the room was so nice and cool. The mattress was firm, which we prefer. The sheets and blanket were very comfortable. The room itself was beautiful, just as pictured. They gave us vouchers for free breakfast at a cafe about 1 minute down the street, which had lovely pastries.

The elevator is very small and very muggy/hot, but it is shared by multiple floors, the hotel is only the 4th floor, it is not owned by the hotel so it is not their fault.

Well located on a safe area and next to two outstanding seafood restaurants. Davide was a most helpful and polite host, while the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Recommended.

The wifi connection was down throughout our stay, not sure what the issue was, but fortunately we had phone data. The balcony could also benefit from a clothes drying rail / rack.

The location was not ideal, to get to the center of Napoli or the train station a taxi was needed The place is difficult to find as it’s a floor of an old palace. The entrance from the street is a large iron door that leads to a patio where the elevator will take you to the 4th floor. The attendance people were pleasant, the room was very large as well as the modern bathroom. The breakfast was in an outside caffe and basic.

Gorgeous rooms and Sergio was very welcoming! We even got a few tastes of limoncello as a welcome! The decor had us feeling quite bougie as well

We didn't realize how far it was from things. Not usually a problem but we had issues getting bus tickets so keep that in mind! Also it's outside a crazy busy restaurant and we had to fight through people just to get to the door, which was a hassle
