The staff were very nice, helpful and accomodating, the common areas were fun to hang out in, I met warm and friendly people, I wish I could have stayed more. There is a cool vibe in this hostel. You can cook food in the kitchen if you want to, there is free food, I loved the kitchen's design. I also liked that the hostel was close to Milan Central station, it wasn't difficult for me to find it after arriving in the bus from the airport. It was also easy for me to visit Como and comeback since the train station is close. Metro station is adjacent to the train station, to visit Duomo take the yellow line to San Donato.

The size of the room was enough for 2 people. Kitchen facilities are very useful. The staff at the reception are friendly. A fun hotel for young people

We went to the bar at the entrance and asked for coffee for a welcome drink. The blonde staff at the bar said the coffee machine was broken. He forced us to give another drink. When we try to learn other options he behaved rude.

Clean and comfortable place. I've never stayed in a hostel before but the staff and other guests were all very friendly. I had the breakfast on one of the days which I believe was €5 and was basic buffet style and nice enough for the price. It seemed a bit of a party hostel but you couldn't hear any of the noise from downstairs in the rooms. Overall was a great trip and I enjoyed myself a lot. It is also right by the central station which is very handy for getting back to the airport, especially if you're on an early return flight like I was

As a woman predominantly wandering around by herself, I found the general area around the hostel a bit intimidating in the dark. Several times I was accosted by random men who hung out around the station area and wouldn't leave me alone. They kept trying to follow me back to the hostel, though they did immediately back off and leave when I took out my phone (I think they thought I was going to call the police). This isn't a problem with the hostel specifically, but just a warning to have your wits about you in the area in the evenings!

Location was great, the kitchen was great, nice goodies in the kitchen, the events were fantastic.

Very little signs of mold on the ceiling. On rare occasions staff were dismissive and not very welcoming.

the central location, it's only 3 mins walking from Milano Centrale which is perfect cause a lot of restos nearby as well. there's always something going on at the lobby, such as standup comedy. in my case it was Euro final so the place was lively! bar and resto downstairs are vegan friendly, there's laundry room for 8euro, and the kitchen was huge. they have free garlic, pasta, pasta sauce for guests to cook with, and i really appreciate it (as somebody who loves to cook!)

my bed was just slightly slanted to the right, and the AC in my dorm was timed for only 2 hours, so need to manually turn it on when it's off

The hostel has a good location, only a few minutes away from the central station. The hostel's facitities are very good, they offer clean towels and the room is very proper. The staff was also very nice and friendly.

Unfortunately, this time around my stay was not that confortable. One of the guests in the room let his alarm clock buzz startle me awake at 2:30am. He, on the other hand, did not wake up. He was apparently drunk (or at least very tired to say the least), because he was sleeping fully clothed and with his shoes on. I get that this is not the hostel's fault, but unfortunately, even with the best of the facilities, if the guests of a shared room don't behave properly, it is quite hard to sleep well.

Ostello bello is a warranty. The location is exceptional for those who need to stay close to the Central Station. Any of the shared areas are nicely decorated, there are plenty of activities to do. The staff is kind and super helpful. Rooms have the sufficient space. Cleanings are on point. Some things as fruits, coffee, water are also free. Breakfast it’s not, which is okay, but it may cost a little bit less. It was tasty though.

If there’s a bad thing, just to be meticulous, is that the higher beds oscillate as someone moves in the lower ones (but the stairs to reach them are super comfy). Also, the lockers are made out of metal, so they get very noisy if you don’t close them super carefully and slowly, and even when belts of the backpack touch it. I arrived super late and I felt so sorry but couldn’t do any better. Lastly, I personally think that, considering the price, at least towels and lockers locks may be free.

I liked how close the hostel was to the central station, it made it easy to get around and felt safe walking around as long as you took the usual precautions for keeping an eye on your belongings. The hostel was great, well thought out so the rooms were very quiet for sleeping but there was a buzz in the social areas. The staff were helpful and fun, the breakfast was reasonable and the kitchen looked ok although I didn’t use it. I liked the chill out room on the 6th floor, nice to have a space to relax. I’d use this again if I came to Milan.

Maybe just a better clean of the bathrooms as there was some limescale but I’m being picky as the bathroom was well cleaned otherwise. Curtains on the bed for privacy would be a good addition.

Very well located, just a few steps from Milano Centrale and other subway stations what makes the stay easier. The wifi is really good and was great to work during my time there. The breakfast is also good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Oh, the beds are quite comfortable and the room offers a good air conditioning system.

The cowork room does not have good chairs for a long day job and it is close to a game space. The common spaces are small what makes people yelling when it is crowded. It is impossible to stay longer in those areas.

The location is great - 5 min walking from Centrale station and metro. The rooms are clean, comfy, with own bathroom. The room is equipped for travelers (each bed has a spacious locker, small shelf, plugs, a lamp etc.). The rooms are well secured. There is a lovely 'secret garden' where you may enjoy your drink or food and there is a nice bar too. You may meet a lot of people there.

It is a little bit noisy from the bar and from the street. Take your earplugs with you :) In theory the breakfast starts at 7.30 am., but in the reality it is about 8.15, so take it into account while planning your morning routine ;)
