Excellent and very central location, somewhat off the main thoroughfares but yet very close to everything (good for avoiding crowds). Many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the property. Quiet room with amazing views of Florence.

The bathroom needed a bit of refurbishing (e.g., the showerhead, the cabinets had some water damage and the doors didn't open/close very well, the sink faucet leaked a bit, etc.). The Wi-Fi was spotty. The office is only open from 10am-6pm, so you need to handle all of your business with them between those times, although they are accessible via phone all the time. Overall a very good place to stay.

Where to begin? The apartments are on the top floor of a complex in the best place of Florence. It's a high fashion street (Gucci, Saint Laurent etc) and there are no cars allowed and no bars/restaurants around so its dead silence after 8 pm. It's near the train station, only takes 5-10 minutes to walk. And roughly the same walking to Santa Maria del Fiore. Loads of good restaurants not far from there. Good AC and good view. Cleaning did the best job. Will only be staying here when I get back.

I'm a little bit disappointed in the fridge matters, it's your typical mini-bar but we made it work by removing all things and putting in the lowest because you need loads of water in this august heat. Can't say anything bad other then that.

You could not ask for a better location in Florence. The property is located on a very quiet street filled with high-end retailers like Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Ferragamo and easy walking distance to the popular tourist sites and literally hundreds of restaurants. We walked almost everywhere we cared to go. Alessandra and her excellent staff were friendly and exceedingly helpful throughout the duration of our stay.

A very minor "negative": Our suite would have benefitted from a little maintenance attention. Some fresh paint here and there to remove scuffs on the walls and a make-up mirror that wasn't broken. But all very minor and not at all a reflection on the overall quality of the experience.

Nice boutique style hotel, housed in a lovely heritage building in great central location. The room decor was modern & attractive. Bathroom was beautiful & functional, with nice amenities. Staff were very helpful.

We stayed in a standard room but I did notice that all of the other rooms around us were suites, so I would have liked to have booked one of them in hindsight. A couple of minor issues - the drains in our bathroom smelt (possibly because of all the rain when we were there). They did have perfumed reeds around the room to compensate for this. Also the floors had lovely wooden floorboards, but as we had people in the suite directly above us who scraped their furniture over the ceiling late at night & early in the morning, it was quite disruptive to sleep.

The staff, the location, the apartment in general. The terrace. The quietness, especially at night. It was clean. The daily replenishment of coffee and bottled water was really appreciated. The Sky television was great. I would definitely stay here again but I would choose a larger apartment next time.

This time, I stayed in Palazzo Strozzi Suite. The apartment itself was too small and cramped, although the terrace off the living room was fabulous. The bed and the sofa bed were not very comfortable compared to our last stay in the Alammani Suite. The kitchen was not as well equipped, eg, no tea towels. However, the coffee machine was great. I can only compare it to our last stay here and I would definitely opt for a larger apartment next time.

We booked the room with a view (Belvedere suite). 2 flights of stairs but what amazing views. Great room with additional living room with 2 AC units. Bed super comfortable. Fantastic location on the “Rodeo Drive” of Florence in the building with Prada on the ground floor and Gucci next door. Very central location close to all the sites.

Had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to reach room, but view was so worth it. Also, wish they had breakfast available. Also shower was a bit small.

the hotel is in the heart of Firenze’s shopping district but it is hidden away and we loved it. we had a regular restocking of a Nespresso pods and water. the room was large and spacious with a bedroom and a seating area with a sofa. the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful with making our stay in Firenze memorable.

not the hotel’s fault, but there were many mosquitoes entering our room throughout the day and the only way in would be through the air conditioners.

Excellent place, great location, clean, safe, a choice to visit again

During check-in receptionist asked my credit card details, and recorded on a printed paper with my booking details. I couldnt realize whats happening at that moment after a long journey, however when i ask the reason why she is recording my credit card details on a hard copy paper, she defended herseif as before some guests disappered without paying the residency cost, and booking is not sharing these details with them, so i asked to pay in advance in exchange of deleting my credit card details. She only made few crosses on details. At the end of my italy trip i cancelled my credit card just in case in the future some stuff or anyone else can copy my details and cause problems.

We have stayed here before and returned as we love it so much. It is a beautiful well appointed apartment located in a brilliant position. My only criticism this time is that no one helped us with our luggage and even though there’s a lift there is also a considerable staircase you needed to climb to get to our room. We are 3 ladies and had very heavy suitcases. Eventually one of the guests helped us as we were really struggling. At $AU500 a night I would expect help with my luggage. Otherwise perfect 😎

is located downtown Florence, right near some incredible shops that my wife fell in love with. Some nice restaurants it was a beautiful location

an elevator that didn’t go all the way to the top but the girl that was working there that night help my wife and I both take our luggage upstairs. She was very sweet. I’m 65 years old and we’re traveling with large luggage which wasn’t conducive have any kind of stairs thank you very much though for the state was beautiful.
