A Pazziella

Pazziella is beyond amazing. A service experience like no other. The communication through Whatsapp was accurate and fast. We arrived to Capri by ferry, you can schedule the transporation in advance through them. There was an ambassador waiting for us to take us to our scheduled taxi service. During the stay they were extremely helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. They took care of everything at check out, luggage, transportation back to the pier and the ambassador stayed with us to make sure we took the right ferry. It was our first time at Capri and they made everything so perfect. I've been in the hospitality industry for over 17 years and Pazziella truly has one of the most amazing teams I've seen. Special thank you to Roberta and Silvia, they were outstading and the true "definition" of what hospitality means.

the location was very nice, right in between shops and restaurants. The hotel entrance is nice and wide. Our suite was cozy and had 2 nice balconies. Complimentary cake and drinks were offered in our suite upon arrival.

We didn’t find the hotel representative waiting for us in the ferry station upon arrival like the hotel said, even though the exact date and time were shared with the hotel as per their request. We had to drag our 4 bags all the way from the taxi drop off location to the hotel entrance late at night.

poor breakfast and not vista hotel

I couldn’t say more about how much we appreciated helps from the reception staff! They not only help me arrange everything but also take care of us in every possible way! The room is with a terrace and a sea view. Location is in the town center with quick access to shopping, restaurants and tennis court. Lovely breakfast as well

very well located and the property felt boutique

the rooms were small . It is a convenient premium room in a five star but not a suite. housekeeping needs to trained more for English speaking guest. couldn’t get things properly till spoken to few times. worst experience was not on the property but a dinner suggested by the property at villa verde - absolute cheats and the worst experience of entire trip.

The room is awesome, very clean and spacious. The breakfast is good. I would like to do a public praise to Roberta, she is the best in this hotel. She helped us with the luggage, funicular and booked us the restaurant. She gave us all the information before we arrived in Capri. She was fundamental for our best experience in Capri. Thank you so much!

Beautiful hotel in excellent location and a very good breakfast. Bathroom toiletries are very good quality. Complimentary cake and limoncello in the room - very good. Upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic and if we we were returning to Capri, would definetly stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing.

Best location, property, and staff. Truly a 5 star experience. My partner and I loved our stay and the proximity to the heart of Capri. The staff is willing to help with everything you need (booking a private boat tour, making dinner reservations, etc) and the included breakfast is wonderful.

The whole first night we didn't sleep because the air conditioner was just stuck on heating. On the second night we were moved to a better room but it did not have hot water for the shower.

The staff was helpful and hospitable. I am one picky traveler and they exceeded all of my expectations as far as service and cleanliness. Loved our views and location.

Nothing really. Only thing is too many nice things to I couldn’t take all with me :)
