The hotel is located on beautiful grounds of a park, only a short walk across to all of the town amenities, including restaurants, coffee shops and more. It has plenty of free onn-site parking, which is a bonus. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, both at check-in and during breakfast or check-out. Breakfast was a nice surprise, lovely coffee and enough of quality items to choose from at the buffet. The room was asic but adequate to the price, it's important it was clean and comfortable pillows.

The guests next door sadly had no respect and were very loud, which didn't allow us to sleep much or well. Sadly, not something within the control of the hotel. We just got very unlucky I think!

The hotel is in a lovely quiet spot in the woods but only a few minutes from albinea centre by car or a 10 minute walk through the woods. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel/rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and I had asked when booking for a gluten free breakfast for my husband and they had plenty of choices available for him too.

There are no hairdryers in the rooms but luckily I had taken my own, also no kettle to make your own hot drinks (you can buy drinks at the bar though) The mattress could probably do with replacing in the room we were in as it was a bit saggy in the middle.

excellent location in the park, fresh air, birds singing, deer and rabbits running past, fireflies flying at night. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed.

The bathroom is a bit dated and I only had one small towel 4 out of 6 days. but I should have gone to reception and asked for more towels.

The location was fantastic - so close to everything and yet hidden in a beautiful park! Also within reach of multiple large cities - was perfect for us while doing a trip around Italy. The breakfast was also amazing and the chef was baking fresh pastries and cakes every morning! Impressive.

Could be a little more soundproof but nothing earplugs can't solve.

That place has such a great potential, perfectly located with all facilities! Breakfast was amazing and the staff was super friendly allowing us to stay for almost whole day working remotely from the hall.

Property although great is aging with no new investments.

The perfect location with splendid views and very helpful, friendly, good staff. Breakfast is tasty. The room had bath products and a fridge. A cosy hotel with a reasonable price. Parking is close by and free.

We get a spacy room, the hosts were very kind. Bed was clear and comfy. Location was wonderful. Breakfast is good enough.

Water pressure in the bathroom was quite low. One of the towels had some color residue on it.

Small hotel ideal for travelling through. The room was not particularly large and a bit dated, but everything worked and was clean. The breakfast was great. No problem to walk through the park into town for dinner.

The rooms have old furniture from the 70s and old bathroom. However, clean and value for money is great
