The staff at breakfast was really nice, she helped my mother to get anything..superb on the extended service. Also the housekeeping to get us bolster punctually when requested. The hot shower is great and the bed is comfy.

The reception at breakfast asked for extra charge for my nephew who is 10 year old claiming the limit of age to be free of charge for breakfast is 6 year old. But when we checked in we already asked the hotel reception and got informed the kid up to 12 years old would have breakfast for free. Well I don't know which one is correct. The air con controller in my room is tricky to use..you have to press it first before you turn it to the left or right.

In general I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is superb (they have wide variety of food, from western to Indonesian food, including hot ginger and jamu (traditional drinks). We chose the hotel because it also has a well-equipped gym although unfortunately we did not take advantage of it due to our busy schedule. The internet is also good if you are looking for a stable connection. We were even able to play online games from our hotel room.

It is not that I did not like it but the building is rather old compared to other hotel, but it is very well maintained, everything run well and smoothly, including the hot water.

Check in process was quick, the staff from the security, bellboy, reception are doing their best. The swimming pool has opening time from 8am to 6pm. Welcome drinks available at the lounge. The rooms are spacious and clean, even it look a bit old.

We called the hotel in advance to inform late check in since we drive from Jakarta and they asked for down payment otherwise our booking to be released. As weird as it is since we booked through booking.com with the terms of cancellation cost may be applied. However we wired the down payment to avoid any unfavorable. The bathroom door in my room can't be shut unless you lock it.

staff were absolutely amazing. each time we walked by they’d give a big smile and say hello without fail. it was my birthday whilst we were here and they made the bed with a happy birthday message and complimentary piece of cake.

The pool wasn’t as clean as it could have been. also the gym equipment was dated or damaged. both of these issues could be fixed with more regular maintenance.

Pool is at +-2M everywhere, nothing gradual (except for very small kids area): you were either swimming or sinking One early evening, the bar had no more beer !!! whaaat ? Pool closes at 18:00

The service of the staffs are the fullest. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfy. Everything in the room is like in the picture. The brightness of the light in the room is great since I don't like dimly lit.

The clogged sink in my room, but after calling it get repaired quickly. Due to parking space limitation, we parked at the school next door for 1 night but it's safe. The rest of the stay we got parked in the basement.

Fast check in, decent hygiene, cold AC, properly working refrigerator, fast internet connection, gym was okay but needed some improvement (the tools were quite old). Located near the mall, and Sagan st.

It took so long to get the bathtub filled. In my 3 nights stay, I only took once. I'm not sure the upgrade to a superior room was worth the price, next time I think I'd like to try the standard one

- Free Coffee for breakfast (but... see cons) - GYM is nice

- Pool area is not very clean and sun reaches only in the morning - Breakfast: when the coffee machine is empty it get switched off... - mosque & school beside the hotel (the class starts at 7 am with speakers)

Room Light slightly too dark, Lift to small & only 2 when I'm stay on Indonesia school Holiday season sometime only work 1, need more parking space

Room was suitable, Location to my destination was great

The power outages were inconvenient. If I were to come with my wife I would need a room where there was no mould in the bathroom silicon to avoid respiratory issues
