Days Hotel And Suites Jakarta Airport

Comfortable and staff friendly. Room spacious and well furnished . Staff were very helpful at all times. Close to airport plus they have airport shuttle service. Food at the restaurant is great and a great selection for breakfast also. Would recommend this hotel if wantningvto be close to airport. After spending 3 days there, I was very relaxed for my flight back to Western Australia Perth Thank you for all your help.

We stayed one night between two flights. Our stay was generally good and the staff was helping in any kind of request. Clean and good value for money.

The hotel airport shuttle was finally not able to pick us up at the airtport and we had to order a grab driver. The cost has been covered by the hotel. The hotel is close to teh airport but not close to the entry of the airport : transport duration is about 30 min.

The staff is very friendly , except the luggage man he asked directly for tips by way i dont like , the receptionists is very friendly and helpful , the drivers are perfect in work and dealing with tourists, very clean

The air conditioning is weak and the bedroom is something hot and there is no windows or dors to the balcony, also the restaurant didn't accept to send breakfast to the room

The Hotel is not new, it needs some maintainence and upkeep. My room phone does not work, even after asking it to be repleced or repaired. The breakfast and Restaurant menu is not elaborate but simple. Location is quiet with no malls and attractions around. Hwever, The staff were very polite and accommodating. They provide very good shuttle service from and to the airport. I am very pleased with how my stay turned out, it was very good value for money!

The rooms need some renovation and repairs.

accidentally booked a room at this hotel and ask them if they provide a free shuttle bus to and from the Airport. Their services are very execelent. They even provide me a private car transfer from and to airport for free. This hotel is recommended to stay if you are transit in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and just ask them if you need a free shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel located 25 minute away from the airport. Since the provide a free shuttle, there is no problem with that.

Staffs were very friendly. They helped us to find places to go for shopping and visit. Clean Room, comfy. they cleaned almost everything on second day. they make our stay more easy when we asked for extra bed. They also provide nearest room with our guest which is very convenient for us. very near to places to visit facilities was good there is a lot of public transportation near to this hotel

there is no bad comments. only for laundry we felt a bit pricy. so if u want to stay here u may look for other options. bring extra mineral bottles. and also u can bring some 3 in 1 with u.

Staff is so genuine. Friendly people. Shout out to the front desk staff, went out of the watly to anticipate your needs!!!!!!!!! Free airport shuttle that waits for you. Great food at the restaurant. Great breakfast. Great room with clean bedding. Nice pool and even a billiards table.I will definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if Breakfast had a few western options. But there was still a big spread, many options.

Good place to stay after a long flight. Free pick up and drop off from the airport which is a great plus. They will come to pick you up within half an hour as soon as you call them. Breakfast is ok, allot of warm food but also some sandwiches and a backed egg if you want. Swimmingpool is a nice extra. Rooms are not really big but good enough just like the beds which are not bad at all.

It is close to airport and the shuttle service provided free of cost definitely a very plus point.

Restaurant operating hours could be extended if not 24 hours.

It was near the airport like 20-30 minutes from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The facilities were okay considering that it is the 4-star hotel. The food ordered from Room Service was great!

It would be better if they can focus more on the bathroom maintenance in cleanliness and the facilities accompanying it such as hair dryer that should be in the room facility as I think that’s the standard in all hotels nowadays. Also, in the room where I stayed, there was one light that didn’t work at all.
