very friendly staff, room was good, bed was comfy, shower and bathroom was nice, pool was lovely and the place was so quiet. for the price simply won’t get any better.

Could possibly get a proper duvet instead of a thin sheet but that’s really picking, still 10/10.

Avisara Villa & Guesthouse is amazing! Me and my friend had a lovely stay. It looks just like the pictures and is very clean. The owners are really kind and super helpfull with everything! We booked for two nights but stayed for one because our friends suddenly booked an airbnb with all of us the next day and the owner was really understanding and charged us only the night we stayed wich was really lovely and he didn’t have to do. Most accomodations wouldn’t be so understanding. The shower is really good aswell and the pool is really clean. Will definitely come back here if I go to Bali again!

It's a nice place with an excellent positive and proactive owner and his family who are there to help you during the stay. Basic facilities are good however with time property is deteriorating I guess. Overall decent play to stay!

The room cleaning everyday is not done properly. Breakfast pictures as shown are a little misleading as it very frugal while it is served very affectionately. Towels were very poor standard...old and had holes. The drive to the property is on a very bad road and Google takes you to some very narrow alleys to get there!!

Spacious room, great price, friendly hosts, nice little pool.

Being there during the national school holidays. Some of the other guests (Indonesians from out of town, whole families) were leaving their mess in the common areas, being noisy and crass, blocking the access to my room, blocking my motorbike in the parking area. After they left, the place was great. Something in the bathroom kept leaking water (clean) so the bathroom floor was always a bit wet on one side, despite me leaving the extractor fan on all the time.

We loved our stay here. Nice, quiet place situated in the jungle. The owners Wayan and his wife are really kind and super helpful with everything! The room was clean, big and had a nice seating area outside. Everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again without hesitation or need to look for better- this place is the best!!

The room was spacious, clean and in good condition. The owner was friendly and communicative. The garden with the pool was quiet and nice to relax.

The breakfast could be more rich than a slice of bread with scrambled eggs or noodles (maybe the addition of some veggies or fruits would be nice).The pool was sometimes full of leaves and dust. The WiFi was not working in some rooms and the signal was weak as there was only one rooter for 20 rooms. The water pressure in the shower was very low sometimes. The guesthouse was a bit isolated, you can find the basics in 20 mins walking distance (I wouldn't do it in the night though), but the scooter is a must for visiting the attractions.

We stayed here one month for work and found our stay very enjoyable. Great room by the pool with nice bathroom, powerful AC and big bed. A little veranda as well for outdoor chilling. Staff were super nice and friendly and there were always someone by the common area to look after the place. We still have contact with Pak Wayan even after moving out, he is very considerate and friendly. Kitchen and common living room was nice for work and eating. The area is quiet and no traffic noise. No restaurants in the close area but with scooters it's close and we ordered lots of food to the room. Great value for money and more than expected!

All the people working there were so so nice! I miss them already! They were always available to help while at the same time also giving us privacy.

Note that this is a guesthouse not hotel. So don't expect room service. Would be great to have a mini fridge in the room or a bigger shared fridge as these were always full.

Very clean, bed sheets and towels were freshly washed, great air con and good wifi. Owners are really welcoming and friendly.

The location is a little far out and can be difficult to find however there are signs for it. It’s a quiet area however there are chickens that make a fair bit of noise in the night.

Very clean, the owner was super lovely and welcoming, we had breakfast and dinner there which were both exceptional - would definitely recommend Great price too!

abit far from the beach, but east to get a Gojek or Grab so wasn’t a problem
