My family and I stayed at BWP Panbil Hotel for quite a number of times before covid. Cleanliness of the hotel is still the same as previous time. Room comfort is the same too only that the shower tap handle loose. Other than that the stay was good

Hotel restaurant change the menu with not much variety, breakfast was not the same as the last time. Use to have so much varieties and the 3 days we were there the breakfast menu is almost the same. Location wise not much of an issue for us as we commute via grab/own driver.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood where you practically can access everything right within the hotel vicinity. It has a supermarket, a local shopping mall and a buffet that is just for everyone. It has local and international food fare. The ala carte menu is above-average not based on the quality but more towards the preparation that took a little longer than expected (around 30-45mins) even on a quiet evening.

The food service could be improve in terms of preparation period which took around 30-45mins on a quiet evening. Food delivery riders aren't allowed to go up the lobby and as the hotel is located on a hill, it takes quite an effort to get down to collect the food instead of the hotel lobby.

The location is nearby to Panbill Nature Reserve which has a variety of activities catered for every thrill seekers from hiking to ATV to Archery and etc. Booked the room which faces the lake and it was so stunning. It's peaceful, they have many eateries too! The room is clean. The concierge staff were welcoming too! The spa was heavenly and the food. The simplicity of their nasi goreng and Mee goreng are just superb. Thank you for being responsive and prompt with all of my enquiries prior to my trip. Will be back, definitely 🫶🏻

Nothing. It's efficiently a pleasant experience to be able to stay comfortably.

Cosy and comfortable. Good breakfast spread and very attentive head chef whom went the extra mile to the minute details. Staffs were prompt to fix some maintenance issue in the room. Appreciate the complimentary mini bar.

It would be a plus if the property conducts maintenance checks on the rooms’ amenities periodically. Simple things like leaking bidet hose, wardrobe light sensors and the loud clicking sound of the toilet door when it’s opened and closed. Do a quick check on the room before allocating to guests would also be a plus. Would have picked up things such as a missing ashtray in a smoking room, no small towels and toilet roll.

The service from the staff is great from the time we arrived we already love the place. The hotel is very exclusive and the interior deco is very beautiful. They are very friendly and always smiling. I will recommend this hotel. A Great place to stay although abit far from the city which is fine with us. Don't forget to check out their swimming pool ya. A beautiful place to just chill with a lake view 😊.

The breakfast spread was ok but could be better in the food selection. Maybe a bit western instead of focusing on Japanese or indian crusine. Etc like pasta... mashed potato would be great but overall it's a good spread. Will definitely looking forward to it.

Unfortunately breakfast was not as great as my first visit where you had the nutritious drink like ginger, turmeric and even Japanese food. And more quality healthy selection which was different and one of the main reasons I went for the second visit and brought my family. So I was disappointed. herb drinks

Batam have many naturally grown vegetables and fruits and you should be using these for your food and beverage rather than imported food. Would be good to have cooking workshops with visit to the wet markets and farms.

The staff very helpful in checkin and changing my room to non smoking while booking.com didn't show it when i booked it.

there is a free pool table guest could play on 2nd floor, just beside the bar which along with the swimming pool. while the pool table is free, the bar staff quite hard selling their drinks, if i play the pool with my friend, both in evening and morning, it ended up like paying to play the pool while we are full after breakfast and lunch, i really do not like the way they keep asking me buying drinks, very hard selling, can't imagine this kind of service happened on 5-star hotel, maybe can consider downgrade their star to 4-stars hotel service for this bar.

Quiet but not out of the way. It felt really safe because of the security. The facilities were excellent overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Access to the malls etc were easy. Will visit again The infinity pool was great. It gets crowded but if you go early in the morning or late I. The evening, it's quite idyllic.

The breakfast was generous and the spread was good. But somehow it wasn't quite up to scratch. I felt that if the spread was more focused, it would be better. It felt to me like the breakfast was trying to be everything to everybody.

The hotel was well maintained and looks new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Provided sewing and shaving kits as well. The swimming pool had amazing view and the bar was a very chilling place to hang out at. Breakfast buffet was a spread, so many choices of food from light to heavy breakfast choices. Went there for a relaxing weekend getaway and definitely no regrets:)

The vinyl floorings at one small area in the room were coming off. Not really a concern for us but might be for elderly or family with young kids as may cause unwanted injuries. The walls in the room were not sound proof, we could hear clearly conversations going on in the next room.

Our room was big and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

On busy weekends, breakfast may take a long time to be served in the executive lounge. We waited an hour for our breakfast to be served on a Sunday morning, and the food was cold when it arrived. The waiting time was shorter on the weekdays. The spa at the hotel was also not what we expected - the full body massage (clothes off) was done in a room with multiple beds and both male and female guests, and the beds were separated only by curtains that did not close fully. In addition, the spa staff were walking in and out of the room and talking with each other.
