ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

Staff was very friendly and courtious . From the doorman till the room service perople. At the reception / hostess especially were very happy accomadating my aged parents Rooms are well maintained. The pool was also good.

We paid more then premium almost 17k a night because of the demand. Room was originally 13k pllus taxes. Payment options were a little tricky due to upi restrictions. Not all rooms had the same equipment.

The hotel staff was very accommodating of our requests and the amenities we're absolutely perfect. The spa facilities were exactly what we needed to relax. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and we loved that they had different blends of fresh pressed juices. The room we booked came with complimentary drinks at the bar and the staff at the bar were so amicable. All the cocktails were delicious. Definitely will visit again!

The bathroom was not to my taste - had a tub and not a shower! little tedious to use The sofa and chairs in the room were not the most comfortable Went to use the pool - only to find it half empty and almost in a state of disrepair

Very friendly & helpful staff. Good location & access to move around the city.

I had opted for breakfast on all 4 days. And all the days breakfast was same, only 1 dish use to change. No special discount for in-house guest for 31st December event. No welcome drink or any other thing on arrival which other hotels provide.

ITC Kakatiya's strong point is their staff. Everyone was helpful, smiling indeed the motto service with a smile seems to be ingrained in their work ethics. The service be it restaurant or room service was prompt. We had a wonderful stress free holiday. The room we chose was towers rooms they were spacious and very comfy. The food was delicious and so very well presented. It was extremely hard to resist. The food was healthy and not oily The breakfast was a feast at their Deccan pavillion.Their stewards and the wait staff were extremely helpful and quick with our requests . We want to express our deepest appreciation to the staff and chefs of the Deccan Pavillion where we spent many pleasent hours.Dakshin the south indian restaurant was exemplary, unfortunately we did not try out their Kebabs and Kurries restaurant, which I am sure would have been fine. We will certainly visit again next year, as ITC KAKATIYA is now on our top of the list of best hotels in India.

We have nothing negative to report.

Very good breakfast. Large varieties for vagetarians. Restaurants had large choices. Restaurant staff is extreamly good.

Lobby staff treatment to seniour citizens. No respect for non-business private guests. People need training. Young staff without any feel are asked to managed lobby.

Great breakfast options with the buffet and also the facility was good.

The room I requested was for twin beds but was allotted a queen bed(single). The staff who I was speaking to said he’ll allow as per availability.The Manager-Ashwin was gracious enough to allot a room with twin beds.We were checking in at night and we didn’t want to deal with it at night after a travel.Both Booking.com and the hotel should clear the confusion. The staff at breakfast also were not efficient enough-cutlery was not placed at the table given even after 10 mins. They were concentrating on one part of the floor. The 3 phones were not working in the room and the lights adjacent to the screen had no switch that we were aware of.

Breakfast buffet spread was impressive. Staff was welcoming. Service was good and quick. Property is attractive

High tea snack inclusion could have been much much better. Oats cookies with tea/coffee is not something the guests would be impressed with. Rooms size was slightly small

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. They did all they could to accommodate my requests. The lady staff member Neha even checked on my little daughter for me when I had to step out for a bit. Food was delightful and breakfast eggs were perfectly made to my liking. Generously available fresh cut fruits and vegetables and great salad dressing. Coriander chutney was the highlight!

Everything The front desk accommodated a late check out The concierge was superb So much so it was early for a wedding and I urgently needed to put in my Saree if it was not fit then it would have been impossible for me to attend my function
