It was very close to Disneyland. It's a short ride from Hong Kong International Airport via UBER or taxi. It's also a short ride from Tsing Yi Metro Station. It felt safe. There is 7/11 nearby - open 24 hours where you can buy water, and Octopus card. There are also shops near Rambler Crest - just a 5 minute walk from hotel. They allowed us to leave our bags for free after check out.

There could have been a restaurant on site. However - it was not a big deal because, restaurants are a few steps away. They close very early at night though. Only 7/11 is open 24 hours where you can buy food and water if you arrived in Hong Kong very late.

Everything is good except that there is no breakfast.

There is no restaurant but have to walk to another place for dining. There is no shuttle bus from the airport for those who check-in and from the hotel to airport or closed MTR stations for those who checked out. This is the most inconvenient matter since the bus from the hotel to the town or MTR station was not allow luggages on board.

Very nice waterview of the bay area. Very nice big pool when open. It was closed when I was there November 2023.

Pool was closed :(. Room size was extra small for the 2 twin beds. Only 8 or 10 inches of space between the beds, very small bathroom, that's it. Small rooms in Italy are like this or smaller.

I like how it’s not hard to wait for a taxi cab to come by. Staff are friendly. The change the towels and supply toiletries everyday if you leave the sign ‘please make up the room’ by the door. I love how it’s near the Tsung Yi MTR making it super accessible.

The room was small but it served its purpose. To use the pool, you have to pay a $40 entrance fee. There was also no dry cleaning services available at the hotel.

Very close to bus stop going to train main station and near to shops where you can buy your needs. Housekeeping checks and fix our rooms everyday. Overall stay was great. 👏 Thank you.

Rooms need to be vacuumed thoroughly. Dust and some hair falls everywhere. Need to upgrade the TV, no other option but Chinese Chanels.

The place is midway between airport and city, so it is quick either way. Next to the hotel is a small shopping plaza including a supermarket. Room size is reasonable and having a big window with bridge view is good. The staff is helpful and courteous.

The room has no chairs or desk. The bathroom has minimum toiletries and no facial tissues. There are minimum power points and no usb charging points. The pillow cases can be whitened more.

Great staff at a great hotel! Perfectly situated on Tsing Yi, so easy access to Disneyland and a few minutes by bus away from the inner city.

The hotel used to offer a shuttle bus every hour to and from Tsing Yi MTR station. No more. This is a great inconvenience. Sad to see it not being on offer anymore.

There are a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel, and it also has a shuttle bus and some nearby bus stations, so it’s not that inconvenient to travel from hotel to the MTR Stations. The staff is very friendly and they clean the room every day unless you request not to.

The sound-proofing is not so well, I can hear my neighbors slamming doors and talking on the hallway.

one of the best hotels i been to !!!! the service and the stuff has perfect and fast commands despite the amount of guests… the place so clean and feels like home with amazing view . i would rate the service from the suff 100 out of 10 and it’s the best benefit at that place . i would like to thank everyone and i will definitely be coming back . thank you so much for your great service 🙂

Bed is clean but dust on the window sill. Acceptable cleanliness of toilet and toiletries (but only three in one shampoo). Strong aircon, no smoke smell. Good swimming pool next door for $40

Two beds instead of one large one as chosen, no sea view although it says in description. Little food around the area and must take minibus to get to city
