The Majestic Hotel

everything! when we arrived to check in, the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Welcome drinks, cold face cloth, took our bags to the room, walked us to the room to make sure we knew how everything worked. the manager of the hotel also came over to welcome us which was a lovey touch and you wouldn’t get this in other hotels. Amazing facilities, lovely location. Breakfast was amazing, a huge choice. Pool staff were very helpful and attentive. There is nothing negative I could say about our stay at this hotel.

This was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was fantastic value for money, in an excellent location. The staff could not do enough for us. We informed them that we were there for our honeymoon and they made such an effort to make sure everything was absolutely perfect for us. The food is delicious, the pool is big and clean, the loungers are comfortable, the rooms are spacious. The real gem is that they have a sunset bar where you will watch the most incredible sunsets, no need to even leave your hotel! The breakfast is unbelievable. The cleaning staff are so lovely also, always smiling! The spa is a must go, I was given a complementary express facial and it was divine. I wish I booked another treatment while I was there. The location is 5 mins firm Fira walking. We rented a quad and headed out to Oia one day which is about 25 mins away. You can rent quads beside the venue and they even collect it from you free of charge if you leave it in the venue car park when your done. Would highly recommend this venue if staying in Santorini!

The hotel is situated in front of a busy road which at night is very loud if you are situated in a garden view room. Would recommend asking staff to put you in a room away from the road or just use ear plugs like I did every night which wasn’t an issue at all.

Very kind and nice staff, wanted to make sure we were comfortable all the time. Breakfast is not bad at all and satisfying. Great location exactly 5 minutes walk to the center of Fira, stunning sea views over the cliff. Our flight was at night and since the suite was not booked on the day of departure we were allowed to stay in the room until the evening.

Everything was wonderful at the Majestic Hotel, room, staff, food, view and location. We were upgraded to the suite which was a stunning, huge room with terraces on all sides. The staff were outstanding and catered to our every need. We enjoyed drinks on our terrace each evening enjoying the sunset, honestly we could not have asked for more from our stay and very much appreciated the upgrade. I would return to this hotel, it exceeded my expectations.

The property was beautiful and depending on where you stood, you can see all sides of the island. Get a volcano balcony view and you will have the most incredible sunset pictures (we were here in early October). They arranged transportation to and from the airport for my daughter and I. The hotel manager greeted us upon our arrival and came to say goodbye when we left. The hospitality here was the best I have ever encountered! The woman at reception helped us arrange a private tour with Nicholas (I can’t remember the tour company name but ask for him!!) which was our best day here! I recommend to take a tour whenever you can to maximize the places you are able to visit and see in Greece! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms clean and we would go back here in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Staff were so friendly and knowledgeable on the area. So glad we chose this hotel. The food options by the pool were great, even for vegetarians. They would come by with fresh watermelon. The lifeguard Niko was a lovely, friendly person who did a fantastic job looking after us. The pool was overlooking the sea which was a great back drop. We were treated with a complementary facial which was so relaxing. We were also treated with a bottle of wine and transfer back to the airport. They couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast had lots of options, fresh omelette etc which was delicious. The walk to the main square was very short with lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms were well equipped and clean. There was a ceiling fan which was great.

The staff, the space in the rooms, the location, plenty of ammenities in the rooms.

The rooms facing the main road are not sound proof and vehicles playing loud music late at night or loud exhausts can wake you up. The pool closing at 8 pm daily. The bar could use some stocking up on more of the local products.

Wonderful greeting by the team! Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had the Volcano view which was lovely from a good space patio. Breakfast was amazing...everything and more you could want!

The price was a little high, but good value for money (not great value). I would say that the information we were given at reception to get around was good, but focused on the private tours, which are pricey. We found the bus (10 minutes from the hotel) a better, cheaper way to get about, but the evening private transfer to Oia for the Sunset was a good idea from the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel with Panasonic Views of Caldera. Well appointed Rooms & Large Swimming Pool with Sunbeds and Food & Drink Service. Spa and Gym Facilities and a Short 5 minute walk to Fira Town, Shops and Restaurants. We had a Pre Wedding Function in Evening around Pool Location which was Amazing. Best Canapé Foods & Drinks Service was Excellent. Management & Staff very Friendly who arranged 2 beautiful restaurants for us to enjoy with family. Nikos the Transfer Driver is 1st Class and Vehicle as Well

I really loved the pool and sunbeds. Food at the pool bar was fairly priced and mostly delicious. The staff were amazing - from reception to service- everyone exceptionally friendly

The maisonette rooms need an upgrade - especially the bath and shower set up. Double bed a little too small and pillows not the best. Please note if you do choose to stay upstairs (kids on sofa bed downstairs) it’s a precarious climb down them in the middle of the night for the bathroom.
